  I can’t recommend Luke enough! He was a huge help during a stressful time while my car was stuck in the shop. This was my first time ever renting a car, and he made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Luke worked with me to get a great deal that was fair for both sides, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a reliable car for as long as I needed it. He truly understood my situation and did everything he could to help. He’s by far one of the nicest people on the rental team and has always been there whenever I needed assistance. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and provides outstanding service, ask for Luke . Thank you again for all your help

  We rented a minivan, and it was excellent. The staff at the counter provided outstanding customer service and were friendly and helpful throughout the process. The rates were more affordable than expected, and the vehicle was comfortable, and perfect for our trip to Moab. I would definitely rent from them again!

  Probably the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Luke at Enterprise was so professional, friendly and accommodating. Crunched my car and needed a loaner through my insurance, Luke made it so fast and easy and let us drop the rental return off at the body shop. Will tell everyone I know this is the only place you need to go for a rental in the Vail Valley.

  Luke just hung on me and did not try calling me back. I tried calling back 5 times and he ignored my calls. Who is this joker? Does he work there or not? Tough getting competent help these days, judging by past reviews, corporate could give a damn! Avoid Luke and sham of a business at all costs!!
