    Luke just hung on me and did not try calling me back. I tried calling back 5 times and he ignored my calls. Who is this joker? Does he work there or not? Tough getting competent help these days, judging by past reviews, corporate could give a damn! Avoid Luke and sham of a business at all costs!!

    Being somewhat of a popup location in Avon, this Enterprise branch offers a great service for anyone in the area who might need a rental without having to travel to a more full-service location. That said, Luke, who seems to run this location singlehandedly, offers a top-notch customer service experience. He's gone out of his way for me on multiple occasions now and truly is an incredible asset! Great guy, great cars, amazing service... you can't go wrong!

    Took forever to get the car . Staff was overwhelmed. Lack of knowledge of what to do. Car was dirty inside and outside. Lower your expectations before you go in.
