  Our account got deleted during the move from Take5 to Whistle Express. Will was very helpful in getting things sorted out. And the car is niw clean as well!

  Whistle Express stays true to its name! This location is always ready for service and Will came out immediately to assist with wash type selection and other helpful information regarding future upgrades. So even though there is a kiosk available for self service, Will is always ready to help and is fun to chat with! In and out in 5 minutes! He made sure my car looked brand new. Thank you

  Ever since they took overtake five, it has gone bad half the washers don’t work in the wash came out with a soapy car had to go to another location to get the soap off. The vacuums hardly ever working right and they closed today at 4:15 when they advertise 8 pm I will be canceling my membership

While I was getting that sorted, I was surprised to learn that my monthly charge was suddenly going to jump from my usual $21 to $30. That was definitely an unexpected increase, and quite a significant one at that! When I inquired about the change, I was told it was due to a company transition, explaining the new pricing structure. I understand that businesses evolve, but the sudden jump felt a bit steep without prior notification. Since a payment at the new, higher rate had already been processed, I decided it would be best to cancel my membership once that current 30-day period concluded. However, things took another surprising turn. When I recently dropped by for what I thought would be my final wash under the current membership, I discovered that my account had been cancelled immediately. What was particularly frustrating was that there was no discussion or mention of a refund for the unused portion of the month I had already paid for. To be frank, this entire sequence of events has left me feeling pretty disappointed. What started as a simple update turned into a series of unexpected charges and a premature cancellation without any clear resolution for the pre-paid service time.
