  While I would happily rate this location five stars all day long, I'm incredibly frustrated to arrive before closing to a locked door. When asked about the single part I needed, of which it would take me about 10-15 minutes to pull, I was told "No, come back tomorrow, we close soon." If your business's hours state you're open to a certain time, your doors should remain unlocked until that time. I understand you're closing soon, and you want to leave your job ASAP to go home, but if you're going to lock the door however early to prevent new customers, that needs to be clarified. It's crazy frustrating to be turned away after the relief of ensuring I arrived on time. Otherwise, staff are polite and helpful, if a little rowdy (I'd expect nothing less from a gaggle of young blue-collar workers). I've yet to run into a situation where I outright can't find what I'm looking for. Lot is relatively organized, the largest difficulty is recognizing some of the wrecks (Not on them whatsoever, they do mark the chassis with an identifying sticker).

  Pretty cool setup. Look up your car online or call before you go to make sure they have it. Pay 2 bucks to enter the lot. Lasts all day. Bring your own tools. Once you get your part, take it to the office and pay. They have a very basic price structure you can look up on the website. I got some front brake rotors fir 25 each. They are 120 at the auto parts store. Keep in mind it's a crap shoot, your car may be there, but the part might not. But for only 2 bucks, plus the drive, you could save a lot of cash.

  Phone number routes you to corporate, who will not give you the locations actual phone number. They have one car online on their lot and all I needed to know was if the engine was still in the car or not. Would’ve taken an employee 30 seconds for a yes or no. Corporate’s only solution was for me to drive 6 HOURS to see for myself. I didn’t need to know condition or how much specifically had been stripped, I wasn’t asking them to pull any parts or look for anything niche, only that the engine was or wasn’t in the chassis.
