  My experience with Tynan’s VW was exceptional. For starters, they had interior and exterior color options that were not available at other dealerships. Alex was wonderful to work with for the sale. He called to set an appointment, we met, discussed vehicle specifications, and off I went on a test drive. No pressure sales pitch. No haggling. Just straightforward numbers with a great attitude. Greg, sales manager, was incredibly kind and we had a great conversation. Chris in finance was also a joy to work with. Everyone treated us like we were friends there for a visit rather than a sale-to-be-made.

  I can’t say enough good things about Justin. He did an excellent job guiding me through the purchase and made sure I was at ease. He explained everything clearly and offered suggestions without any pressure. Justin treated me and and my wife with genuine respect. I appreciate that. If you’re looking for a stress free car buying experience, he is the person you want to work with.

  Incompetent Service department , i should have read the reviews. will not be going back. Made an online appointment, got to the service department and was told they double booked (like that was my fault?). I could tell this is the first time they even looked at the notes, got the we can’t do that cause we don’t have the part… could’ve called and gotten that info from me. Proceeded to tell me the “suspension guy” retired, sorry but i don’t care I just want my car fixed. There were other smaller things other than the suspension they could have addressed like a basic state inspection since i just moved to the area. Didn’t offer to do what they could that day or anything. Yall lost me and i will never be back. Don’t even think about sending me letters or texts trying to buy my car. INCOMPETENCE.

  I will never go anywhere else, and I'm not even really a Volkswagen person. Scott, Jacob, Alex and Tom made the car purchase process using state credits through the EV VXC program completely painless. We felt welcomed, well taken care of, and not at all pushed. We were able to purchase our (new-to-us) ID4 in about two hours, and left feeling like we had a complete blast buying a new car, instead of drained and overwhelmed. This place is no-drama, super clean and legit. Thanks X10.

  From the test drive to driving my new car home, this was easily the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had—and this was my 4th car purchase. During the test drive, they took the time to walk me through the features, answer my questions, and really understand what I was looking for. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. They gave me the space to feel confident and comfortable with my choice. The manager, who I believe was named Greg, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the experience a good one. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Best car-buying experience I’ve had so far!
