Yasha helped me out! I love the car he helped me to purchase, and the small problem I had he resolved immediately. I was very thrilled with my experience at Tynanns Nissan.

Yasha went above and beyond working with me to find the right car! The process was transparent and comprehensive. I left feeling taken care of and excited for my new vehicle. Would recommend!

I've purchased approximately six vehicles through Tynan's over the years, including both Nissan and Volkswagen, and I've always had my maintenance and oil changes done there. We even purchased our 2023 Nissan Kicks S brand new with cash from Tynans, so I assumed they would at least make a competitive offer when I decided to sell it with only 36,000 miles. The salesperson I normally work with wasn't there, so the appraisal was handled by a manager behind the front desk when you enter. She offered $12,400, with the explanation that they already had plenty of Kicks on the lot. There was no attempt to earn my business, no follow-up, and they simply let me walk out the door. I stopped at another (Domestic) dealership, and even they commented that Nissan should have been able to offer more because the vehicle still qualified for Nissan Certified Pre-Owned status. Shortly afterward, EchoPark contacted me through Facebook, offered $14,400, and had the entire transaction completed in about an hour. That's a $2,000 difference for essentially the same vehicle. This wasn't just about the money—it was about customer loyalty and effort. After purchasing multiple vehicles from your dealerships, buying new vehicles, paying cash, and consistently servicing them there, I expected someone to fight to keep my business. I currently have a leased Ariya that will be going back very soon, and frankly, I haven't been impressed with it. FYI, try to use the chargers Nissan dealers provide after you buy an EV. I'll be keeping my Infiniti QX80 for another year because it serves my towing needs, but after this experience, it will the last Nissan or Infiniti I own. Loyal customers remember how they're treated. In my case, one low appraisal and a lack of hustle cost future vehicle purchases and years of service business.

I've had to start using tynan's Nissan since the dealership I typically went to had closed down. I really like the people of the service department as they have been very friendly and attentive in my needs. I Believe the sales people could be a little bit more engaging and friendly with the customers, waiting on their vehicles to be serviced. While I am not saying they should be hovering over us and trying their sales tactics, I have felt a couple times that they were not interested in me even looking at their vehicles.

I pulled up to the charging area of this Nissan dealership to charge my Nissan that I recently bought in Colorado Springs. Was a bit confused as it appeared I could get complimentary charging and just wanted to be sure. Went to the service area and was SO ignored. It's 7:10 am on a Thursday and not that busy. Finally, asked 3 different workers and all said they didn't know anything about the charging station 🙄, and they didn't want to know anything about it. Turns out 1 pay charger and yes, 2 poorly maintained complimentary chargers are available, but slow, which was fine as I wanted to rest and was meeting family in 2 hours. This Nissan dealer sucks and Colorado sucks when it comes to EVs. I moved here a year ago from San Diego to be near family but this state is not for me.
