  Very rude guy working register asked him 5 times about the restroom and he sat there and ignored me mind you I’m pregnant about to pee myself then told me I was rude because I kept asking , then refused to give me the key NEVER EVER AGAIN coming here will be sharing this with everyone around very disrespectful I want everyone’s names this just happened now I want corporates number now !!!!! Felt dehumanizing

  Car wash is offered to be purchased at the pump and it was charged to my card, when I proceeded to the carwash the door was blocked, not even a broken sign on it. I went inside to request a refund the attendant was super aggressive and rude, he also stated that I need to come back the next day and talk to a manager, I asked what will be the name of that manager which he refused to provide. What would we need to come back on another day to get the money refunded to a credit card,? that's a normal business transaction that could be processed instantly. Good way to try to keep customers money for a service not provided.

  I would choose zero stars if I could. Filled my tank and purchased a car wash. Paid at the pump. Went to the car wash and it had a trash can in the drive so went inside the store to inquire. Was told that the car wash was out of order. There were no signs on the pumps that the car wash was out of order. I requested a refund of the $9 that I had paid for the car wash and was told by the clerk that he did know how to do that. He said that I needed to come back tomorrow to see the manager. (I live on the other side of town) The clerk refused to give me his name or the manager's name. Then he told me he was too busy to deal with this and got very irritated and combative. Threatened to call the police, which I would have preferred. I felt threatened so I left. I saw the clerk go out to the car wash and move the trash can further toward the entrance...so it was more visible??? Really??? Put notices on the pumps that the car wash is out of order. Easy solution...unless they want to steal peoples' money. DO NOT GET GAS HERE!!!

  I used to go to this gas station every morning. I will no longer go there cause Since the new owners took over they no longer are open at 6am. Im sure opening at 7am now has cost them customers. What kind of gas station does not open till 7am? The employees are not welcoming at all There is not a greeting by anyone when you walk in. They are usually in the back office till you walk in. The shelves are empty and they never turn on the gas price sign. It no longer has that neighborhood feeling anymore. The new owners really should not have bought this store cause i don't think that they know how to run a gas station. Everyone that was their for years are now all gone. THIS PLACE IS NO LONGER A WELCOMING NEIGHBORHOOD GAS STATION.

  This specific location has the absolute rudest staff! The store is never clean and on many occasion they are outside or in the back and you are left just standing there waiting for them to come, then they seem mad at you for interrupting whatever they were doing instead of their job. 👎
