  Dishonest and hard to work with. I worked with smart start and left dew to problems with them when my car got stolen. Working with INTOXALOCK after was by far way worse experience then smart start. Had to completely restart when I switched. The device is unreliable and drains the battery on my car. I had to get a battery from Walmart and warrantied it every three months or so. (They will charge if you take it in to have it serviced for the battery drain problem too). If you do have your car worked on or even take out the battery for more then ten minutes make sure you submit a report vehicle maintenance form or you will get a lock out ($75 each time). They charge for everything data processing fee $3.26, lease $42.43, device protection fee $5.00, sleeve fee $1.09, roadside $4.00. Making it $55.78 twice a month($111.56). Not to mention the calibration fees of $35 every two months. Lock out seems to come with no rhyme or reason and after they comp one they won’t do it again so be very careful. When I was finished they charged me an additional month and an admin closing fee of $65.28 talk to someone and get it lowered from $176.84 to $132.63 dew to me not having it in for the month I was charged. Also before this I was told that was my last payment before closing. Then I had someone calling and texting me everyday about how I owed them the $176. Honestly I should have stuck with smart start.

  Dealing with having an interlock in your vehicle can be long, pricey, stressful and frustrating. We all make dumb decisions and we have to take accountability for our actions. Intoxalock understands that and treated me well during the entire process. Over everything, just be responsible, but If you ever get yourself in that kind of jam, go with Intoxalock!

  Very professional and quick process. I was told I’d be there a few hours at least and we were done in a little over an hour. Guys at the front desk were super laid back and helpful. Greatly appreciate the services.

  They will cause you to drink and drive don't even bother.... had the device stalled in my car since Feb Judy to find out they haven't sent my paperwork to the dmv so I missed appointment last week. But they blowing my line down for $500 worth of what to show the DMV

  Muy buenas tardes pues por el momento me ha parecido muy bien ya que he trabajado normal el dispositivo y de verdad espero que sigamos así sin ningún tipo de complicaciones u inconvenientes por los momentos estoy satisfecho con la instalación del dispositivo
