  Came in for a regular service oil change they recommended to get a new air filter and a transmission oil change very nice crew they went the extra mile and vacuum my truck great service

  Tom was AWESOME! He greeted me with a big smile and it was an easy walk to my dentist appointment! They even vacuumed my car out! Great service and nice honest guys! I appreciate they didn’t hike up my service when my filter was already clean, very respectful! I’ll definitely be back!!

  I had a great experience at Grease Monkey! They did an excellent job on my oil change. The service was super quick, and the staff was friendly and professional. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for how fast they got me in and out. I really appreciated the efficiency and quality of the service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free oil change.

  I recently visited Grease Monkey (Store #878 on East Aurora Parkway) for an oil change and had a concerning experience. The technician told me that Ford had filled my transfer case with the wrong fluid and that it was leaking. Since this didn’t sound right—especially since the service at Ford was done just over a month ago—I followed up. Ford reviewed both the fluid sample and their records and confirmed everything was correct. I also had an independent mechanic check it, and they found no issues. Additionally, I was told there was a leak, but there has been no evidence of any fluid on my garage floor. Overall, the information provided during my visit was inaccurate and caused unnecessary concern. I would recommend getting a second opinion if you're told something serious here.
