Real people listening and problem solving. The manager had a bay ready to address a possible problem from another location. He listened, took action, and got it fixed. This excellent level of customer service is uncommon in business these days but not at Grease Monkey in general and specifically #740 in Aurora. Thank you!

I went for the basic oil change and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. What i like the most there was no up sale.

Great service, I drove up on a Saturday morning and waited about 30 minutes from arrival to departure for my oil change. I appreciated the expedient customer service. I had already tried a different location earlier in the day and had a very poor experience with no communication about expected wait times and they still had not even touched my car after two hours, despite arriving shortly after opening. My visit here turned my day around and has guaranteed I will not only return here for all future oil changes, but I am sending my family here for service as well.
