  The guys took great care of us there is no doubt, but while Randy was helping me, Alexis was whispering in my husband’s ear. What was she whispering you might ask? We fix window chips! We also do brakes! Well as soon as my husband told me that, I walked up to Alexis and said my husband says you do brakes. Yes ma’am we do she said. Well I said sign me up for front brakes then! 4 hours later, she calls and says the vehicle is ready. The new brakes are great- thanks Randy! And Alexis, you have my permission to continue whispering in my husband’s ear! Great sales people and excellent pricing and service. I easily saved $800 by going here instead of the dealership! Thanks u guys! Customers for life !!!

  Oftentimes getting Automotive work done even as simple as an auto change an oil change can feel intimidating. This particular location was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and very informative. They took me into the bay and showed me everything that they did. I just happened to be there on Women's Wednesdays so they gave me $20 off. Very professional and communicative!

  I showed up to get an oil change on a fleet vehicle. Told me to leave keys then go sit in waiting area. Sat for about 20 minutes and noticed two vehicles who had showed up after me, had been serviced. Asked why they were going in before me. They then told me they were waiting on approval. This is fine but I stated to the manager on duty that they should inform the customer that there could be a longer wait time on the vehicle due to approval. The manager then said its not his RESPONSIBILITY to inform me there could be a extended wait. He's stated its my company's responsibility to inform me of grease monkeys wait time and policy. I deal with customers on a daily and the audacity of the manager is mind blowing. The fact that he didn't feel it necessary to inform the customer on there operating procedure of the company he works for is extremely disappointing. The manager was extremely rude. I told him I understand that there is a wait time now that you have explained it to me and his response was "do you though? " Again the audacity! I live less then a mile from this location and I will never come back to this location for my work or my personal vehicles. I will also be informing my company of the interactions today and will urge them to decide not to use grease monkeys services in the future.

  Chose this location because of the ratings. I had made an appt for 5 and had to take time off from work to get there by 5. When I arrived at 4:45 someone came out and told me they were behind and had aome big jobs. I mentioned my appt he walked away but didn’t come back to let me know. So after about 5 minutes just left. All day I got text reminders. Would have been mice to get one to cancel if you were super busy.
