  These guys and gal rock I like the service they provide and even offered me ice cream! The manager was very knowledgeable and kind. Will be back for further work Go grease monkey

  I’ve been in the area a long time, 25 years, and used this grease monkey on and off over the years because quality of service is all over the map. I’ve used them the last few times I needed an oil change and service has been ok- good enough that I felt ok trying it again today and today was the worst experience ever. From being called sweetie when first greeted (which took a bit yo happen) to waiting an hour and 10 minutes and still not being served (the same two vehicles were in the bays as when I arrived). I got in my car and drove away. They watched me do it, no one even tried to talk to me or acknowledge that I was leaving. Staff was standing around, hanging out at their buddy’s car smoking whatever he was smoking, clearly no one was working towards fast friendly service today. They just let a customer drive away who won’t be back. Terrible service. I went to Take 5, excellent service and I was done in 30 minutes. Not a great way to stay in business Grease Monkey.

  My wife had her oil changed at another Grease Monkey location. Shortly after the front of the Splash Shield came undone. The bolts were missing. We were far from the original location, I didnt want her driving it and potentially causing damage to the vehicle. We called this location, they asked us to bring it in. We were promptly greeted by Pueblo, then the Mgr. Julian. They pulled our vehicle into the staging area and Larry went to work. They all went above and beyond. Their cust service was exceptional and has earned our business in the future.

  What an amazing place! I originally went to another Grease Monkey and they forgot to add some caps back on my Mercedes. I stopped by this location on my way back, and they didn’t hesitate to make it right. Julian, the manager, has excellent customer service skills. Larry fixed my car and even found the missing pieces, and Pablo handled both the intro and exit smoothly. What a great team! They’ve definitely earned a new customer, and I’ll be referring others as well. 10/5 ⭐️
