  Beware of the little security guard who acts tough and calls drivers out their names then threatens to call the police when the drivers respond back. I guess it's easy to get a job at this location. By the way he claimed there was no parking on the sides but as you see he doesn't do a good job of securing the sides.

  Le pongo una estrella porque no se puede comentar sin estrella. Pero este es el peor de las paradas de camiones donde he ido. Si por mi fuera jamás en mi vida entraba a una Pilot. Se aprovechan de los choferes que son los que de verdad trabajan. Es un asco de lugar 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  I love this truck stop fr so many reasons. First it has the best breakfast pizza you will ever find, they also have claw machines, although I tend to loose, just stay away from the little ones, they drop it every time. They also have good coffee and clean bathrooms. The day crew is great, although I am still getting to know them since it is at night time that I find myself wondering in there for a late night coffee and chat. The night crew is flipping awesome, they have so much personality and take the time to get to know you if you go in there enough times. There is my favorite one, which goes by the name "Meany" its his real name, Irish he is....He has a character about him that reminds me of Earl from that TV show about the guy named Earl and his bucket list, I liked Earl, he was funny and had good morals most times. Meany is super friendly and holds a lot of positive energy. Then theres River, the blue eyed security guard, he is super chill and totally had my daughters back on something they sell there called a "Dumpling", you can tell he has kids and is a good father. Scooter is the other security guard, he's just the classic old school guy that everyone tends to adore. Leatha, I think is her spelling of her name, but she is an slightly older woman who is always so sweet when I go in, and has a strong Aura and sound to her voice that reminds me of an aunt I had that passed long ago. She was a good a good aunt! Wyatt is one of the manager I believe, he is always in good spirit and ready to laugh at a good joke, he even has a few of his own here and there. I can't forget the tall guy that holds a demeanor about himself along with his style that is cross between Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg, young not old version, normally he is pretty quite and focused and a bit hard to read, but was in a good mood last night and has a lot more personality than I realized, he even has a nice smile. Sadly the one thing thing I have been waiting to see is what they tend to call the "Lot Lizards", it must be a dry summer because ain't nothing crawling around the lots this summer so I will have to save the interviews for the winter season I guess. Oh I almost forgot, if you go during day hours, you can get some fire ars food, along with 24 hr rewards on fuel and other qualified purchases! Anyways, don't pass it by the next time your on airport and 32nd, take some time to get a coffee, maybe even hit up the Denny's attached to it, but you have to say hi to Meany and take your chance at the suffy in the claw machine.

  It is always a busy stop bt I should say that the management does it's best to keep things rolling the parking spaces are tight but that is true of any city truck stop. The shower water pressure was perfect and it made it a great experience taking a shower. The shower lines are long but that is only but that is only because there are many shower requests. I have to say the people there are doing a great job on keeping the showers clean and making them ready for the next guest. The lounge area is big and keeps cool the only thing the furniture is a bit old. The yard area is not very clean but that is not the management fault. We should be able to through our trash into a trash can and not just on the floor. I mean we as truck drivers live at truck stops so we should at least make an effort to keep it clean. It does not take much to walk to a trash can. The only thing is since the yard is very tight I would suggest a video monitoring system to keep everything under surveillance. I would like to keep the management for keeping g everything rolling despite the busy location. Only a few improvements and it would be a great truck stop.

  Been coming to this location since 2010. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Employees are helpful Main reason I come is for drinks and hot wings. I stop in the mornings Anywhere between 6-9am For the last 15 years. I get a drink, maybe a donut, but I always get the crispy spicy wings. Got there today 6/17 The spicy wing try was empty. I could see the crisps left in the container. I simply asked the employee who I haven't seen before if they could check how long for the spicy wings. He argued, yes argued spicy wings don't come out till 11am... Really? Arguing over something simple like hot wings. After telling him I've come to this location since 2010 for spicy wings he proceeded to say Nooooope we've never had spicy wings in the mornings. I walked away. I than her him get on his radio to ask if they do spicy wings in the mornings. Than I see him walk over to the other cashier and ask the same questions. If your so adamant that your right and I'm wrong why did you feel the need to talk about me to multiple people? Not happy with the service today.
