Absolutely the worst. Tried 3 different credit cards with customer service at 9 o'clock at night because I was desperate. As an added bonus, the customer service rep accidentally hung up on me and there was a menacing dude nearby screaming profanities for funzees. Never will I ever use EVGo chargers again! ChargePoint & Tesla chargers are reliable. EVGo is trash.

The chargers are well maintained the area around them is kept clean. They work in the past several times people have cut the chords that seems to have stopped and all of them have been repaired. I use EVgo exclusively unless I travel it’s much better and the price is better than electrify America.
