- DMDeborah Renee McElduffApr 5, 20264.0At first the charger wouldn't start because an issue with my account being expired (just placing my debit card to the reader wouldn't work). I called customer service and they were able to get everything fixed and start the charge remotely. The customer service rep was great 👍🏻 my only concern here was that it only hit 72kW, so the charge time is slower. However, they have trash cans at the charging stations and food + coffee nearby so pick your battles 🤷🏼♀️

- MKMithat KaraJul 8, 20252.0I used the app first and it went up to 5 kW only (IZETTA CHADEMO) Actually when I’m writing this review, I used my credit card and now it’s up to 45 kW but it started from three dollars instead of one dollar using app. So I’m confused maybe I should make it 2 stars.
