In particular, Trevor Jones was amazing, friendly, professional, and made the rental car the easiest process after my accident. 10/10 will be using enterprise again

After paying to be dropped off to pick up the car I was told I could not use my Visa card to pick up the car and would need a credit card or two separate forms of utility billing with my name on it. I understand there is a process but I was given 0 notification on the acceptable payment, and 0 accountability and 0 customer service displayed but the branch manager Rocco. I now have to pay to go get a rental car elsewhere and miss the appointments I had scheduled this morning. Unprofessional, do not recommend.
