  We rented a passenger van, and it took them 1.5 hours to give us the rental. Then the tech didnt brief us on the insurance. When we rented it in the beginning, we declined the insurance. Upon return they charged us. Then I had another rental scheduled for November, and decided to cancel. I physically walked in to cancel and left to go about my day. I realized this morning that I did not get a cancelation email. I looked online and they did not cancel my reservation like I asked. Terrible customer service all the way around.

  I dont want to give even one star. They made me wait an hour to give me the van. In top of that they gave me a diesel which made me spend a lot more in gas. The tank was not full and I returned it full. And not happy with that they add the damage waiver coverage which I never requested. Because they were full of people mad waiting for their cars in that office, the guy in the counter made me sign some prompts in the little screen without any explanations. AND they CHARGED ME A WHOLE MORE DAY just because I returned it 3 hrs after...when they made me waste an hour waiting and we got late to our show in Pueblo! I'm going to take this to corporate. You owe me a refund of $207 and you prefer this bad review here and in all my social media, lose a customer and many potential ones when they will know my experience with Enterprise, than refund me, when you were the ones messing up. Already one of the passengers in the van had another van rented and canceled right away. Be careful with this people!!!

  We rented a car for two weeks for my mom while she was visiting, and even though they were super busy, the check-in process was surprisingly quick. The staff was incredibly friendly and communicative, which I really appreciated. The car itself was spotless, and we loved that a staff member took the time to do a thorough walk-around with us—they were so nice, too! About two days into the trip, the key fob completely stopped working, leaving my mom stranded while she was out shopping. We called Enterprise, and they sent a service technician to her location in about 30 minutes, who confirmed the fob was dead. After a quick follow-up call with Enterprise, they handled all the necessary paperwork on their end and delivered a fresh car to us just 30 minutes later. Look, unexpected things can happen with any vehicle, but Enterprise's response was absolute top-notch. They made us feel like a total priority, and because of that, they’ve earned a customer for life. We will definitely be renting from them again, and we want to give a huge thank you to everyone involved for their outstanding professionalism and customer service!

  Vinny was amazing- like above and beyond. He handled a room full of people like a total champ. You could tell everyone was 'ants in their pants', but Vinny was cool as can be. When it was finally our turn to check in, he acted like we were the only ones in the room and gave us his full concern and attention. He advised us about hail insurance/policy and while that wasn't a concern on our trip- it was nice to know we wouldn't get blindside but some BS corporate fees for something we couldn't control. At some point in our pick up time, the car we were supposed to get had an issue, and without missing a beat Vinny and his crew had us a new car at a different location and transported us there. Returning the vehicle was the same deal, total professional, total badass. I'll use Enterprise as my go to rental next time purely because of this level of customer service.

  I had a great experience with staff at this location, specifically Vinny. I was traveling to Denver for a week and had a very miserable travel experience with American Airlines. Upon arriving at Enterprise, it became clear that the branch did not ensure enough vehicles were on site for the amount of reservations made that day. What could have been icing on the cake for our horrible travel day, turned into a great experience all because of Vinny. He handled the situation extremely well, clearly communicated everything to us, and displayed excellent problem solving skills. Note to Enterprise - VINNY DESERVES A RAISE!!!
