  Was sent here through our insurance company. Had to call 12 times because it would just sit on hold until it would disconnect itself. Finally got a human on the phone and he was actually very helpful and got everything worked out quickly. We got an appointment for 12 and were about 20 minutes late. We have been sitting in the parking lot for an hour waiting for them to get the car ready! I don’t think this is the employees fault you guys obviously don’t employ enough people to run your business efficiently. Very disappointing I will look elsewhere for a rental next time!

  Flight got canceled and we tried to book a car at the airport with Enterprise but they were sold out so we tried Avis at the airport and the line was insane. We decided to call Enterprise and were directed to this location and reserved a car and even upgraded to a mid-size car. We took an $32 uber to this location to find out there were no cars. There were about 10 other people encountering the same situation as us. We tried to call Enterprise to remedy the situation with absolutely no luck. We typically book with Enterprise because we've had lovely experiences in the past but will have to rethink that. We were told it's possible it was overbooked but that doesn't really make it better when people are spending around $70 to and from this location. Terrible business model if they overbooked. These days people can't afford to drop money on a wasted trip. The employee working the counter was great and we feel bad he had to be the one delivering the information.

  Thank you for your help next time I go and rent a car again to Enterprise I recommend my friends to go to rent a car to Enterprise the people explain to me really good

  Edited**I have used this location for years. Today, because it's hot and the dude is frustrated I guess I was supposed to wait for someone to get service ahead of me. I was given my personal details about my rental across the lobby instead of being taken care of personally, as I should have been. Additionally, I still had to wait for the employee to look over both our cars, like we were together, yet I had already been waiting for quite some time, at least 10 minutes prior to the new customer requesting service. The emoloyee put his own comfort, and personal feelings/hemotions ahead of serving the customers properly. Nope, I won't be back and I don't recommend this location. Many Aurora locations are experiencing a lack of customer service knowledge/awareness in general, and this is one of them. **Adding this to address the whack & vague response given ** When businesses give vague replies, be forewarned that they don't have any solutions to your issues. Responding vaguely doesn't address my issue, and my name and personal details were still given across the lobby. You can't respond your way out of that. My discussing it further also doesn't change how unprofessional and uncalled for it was. But thanks for your useless reply.
