- JHJennifer Henderson3 days ago1.0Been here multiple times and even complimented them when I rebooked on Friday for an appointment today. Was told when I dropped off today it would be done by 3pm. I personally called at 230 to see status. Was told it won’t be done until 6pm. I pushed my plans back and then received a call at 330 today it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow. You knew my appointment was today when I booked Friday…. As a small business owner, don’t book appointments if you can’t satisfy customers timely. Quality over quantity but clearly they can book 10 appointments but only have two technicians…. Money hungry corporate company. Yet u charge $900 for labor!! I’m happy to pay that amount in labor when the job is done as told or at least same day!!! Crooks! And it’s policy to book people no matter staffing is what the front desk told me. Bad policy!! Disappointed. Won’t be back.

I called in the middle of the day and I spoke to Hope about getting a rough estimate for new rear brakes on my car. Sure enough, they had time for a diagnostic and the service to be done. It was all pretty easy and straight forward which was really convenient.!
