- SSsymphanyAug 5, 20265.0Great service. I came here for cheaper service because my dealership said my brakes, rotors, and brake fluid all needed to be replaced immediately for $1000. Came here to get all three done. Was surprised by the free diagnostic and then the employee said where my dealership said my measurements were 6 and 5 they were actually 8 and 6 and I didn't need new brake pads yet. They also showed me service history noting I got brake fluid and my rear pads replaced 5,000 miles ago so I didn't need that either. VERY appreciative of the honesty, because I could have left without paying a dime to Brakes Plus. I ended up getting all the pads replaced anyways to higher quality pads to see if it would help the braking and noise. Amazing team, fast service.
