  Aaron was very kind, took care of my car quickly and thoroughly. I came over after learning a few of my lug nuts had been stripped. He was waiting on a shipment of the part but outsourced and made sure my needs were taken care of in a timely manner. They checked over my entire vehicle and made sure I was good to go!

  I had issues in my car so I came to the brakes plus I was nervous and felt confused, but the guy who was helping me ( Marsharzk Dennis) he approached me and I told him everything, he was checked and told me it wasn’t big issue and he helped and fixed it . He didn’t change me also. I would like to thank you for doing this me. Thank you again .

  Husband is working out of state and told me to check the oil in our truck. I did and oil stick said to add oil. Well, I added it, but added the oil to the brake fluid reserve instead. Went to Grease Monkey first, but they couldn't do anything with flushing the brake fluid out. I left in tears not knowing what to do, so googled and this place came up. I walked in thinking it was going to cost a fortune, but the guy at front desk was so kind and put my mind at ease. I didn't get his name, but he was working front desk on 5/5/26.

  Got my vehicle serviced here today, 04/29 The most exquisite customer service I've experienced with a car service business. Eric was the greatest help with staying within budget as well as Aaron with his friendly and welcoming customers assistance. I appreciate this location and staff very very much.

  My car ran out of fuel and wouldn't start after I added fuel. I had it towed to Brakes Plus, after hours, on the recommendation of my insurance company. I am new to the area and had no idea where to take it. Of course it started right up for them the next morning. They ran a diagnostic test and added additional fuel. All they charged me for was the fuel and a reduced diagnostic fee of $15 vs their normal $100 fee. They did not make me feel like a dumb woman at all. I felt respected and valued during the entire process.
