  I had a great experience thanks to Aaron and Leroy. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. Their excellent service made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the care they put into their work. Highly recommend working with them at Breaks plus!

Because of you, I was able to get my vehicle shipped overseas, and get back to El Paso that same day!!

  Absolutely terrible experience with Brakes Plus on Tower Road in Aurora. The customer service representative, Eric, was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and the manager, Dennis, was no better. Neither seemed interested in listening to customer concerns or providing any real solutions. Instead of taking responsibility, they were dismissive, argumentative, and acted like they simply did not care. My mother paid a significant amount for brake service, yet her car continued making the exact same squeaking noise afterward. She was initially told the noise was coming from her tires, which turned out to be completely inaccurate. The real issue was never properly addressed, and it appears cheap brake parts may have been used. Despite paying for repairs, the problem remained unresolved. When we returned to discuss the issue, we expected professionalism and customer service. Instead, we were met with rude attitudes, no apology, and no willingness to make things right. We even asked for the corporate contact information and were told no. What makes this even more concerning is that another customer was in the shop bringing her vehicle back for what sounded like a similar issue. That says a lot about the quality of service being provided at this location. The entire staff needs serious customer service retraining. Customers deserve respect, honesty, and quality work—none of which we experienced here. I will never do business with this Brakes Plus location again and would not recommend it to anyone.
