  I've been coming here for years now and I just want to give a shout out to manager angel and staff. Angel is very informative and helpful always answers any questions I have, gets everyone in and out with what they need!

  Sylvia helped me eagerly and was able to do the install of a riverside wiper blade. 4 employees at Advanced Auto couldn't help me. She needs to be acknowledged!

  Manager Jessica is rude. We have a commercial account, I provided my account number, then she didn’t trust us so called our home store and instead of confirming identity, she complained of us being “rude” to our home store…. She was so stubborn that she wanted a pin to provide location of an Item she had OUT OF STOCK( you don’t need the pin to provide location of where it is in stock) also she is a Spanish spoken person, was talking to her coworker in Spanish and when talking to my employee she forgot how to speak Spanish.

  Un empleada llamada Jessica, no fue amable, no me atendió bien!! fue muy grosera, le pedí por favor si me podía decir en qué otro auto zone había disponible lo que estaba buscando, ( no quizo hacerlo) hablaba perfectame español y groseramente me trató horrible y solo me hablaba inglés, se hacía la que no me entendía además de eso, hizo una llamada para quejarse y decir que yo era una cliente grosera y ruda, cuando ella era la que nunca fue amable, todo lo hizo de mala gana y a la final no pude comprar lo que quería

  The manager Alex is not qualified to manage anything. He is unable to read an invoice or he is just a thief. I purchased a battery and took the core in with me. He refused to credit me the core lied to me face said i was not charged for it. Tried to show him and he continued to lie and then said it’s commercial we weren’t supposed to do it. Ok but you did and not because I asked. Not sure how that justifies you stealing my 22$ This is a sad look for AutoZone if this is your management and you put him in this position SMH. Customer service goes a long way and stealing 22$ just makes you look broke Alex maybe train on reading your invoice I think that should be required of a manager.
