  The manager Alex is not qualified to manage anything. He is unable to read an invoice or he is just a thief. I purchased a battery and took the core in with me. He refused to credit me the core lied to me face said i was not charged for it. Tried to show him and he continued to lie and then said it’s commercial we weren’t supposed to do it. Ok but you did and not because I asked. Not sure how that justifies you stealing my 22$ This is a sad look for AutoZone if this is your management and you put him in this position SMH. Customer service goes a long way and stealing 22$ just makes you look broke Alex maybe train on reading your invoice I think that should be required of a manager.

  I attempted to get an application for a commercial account. Was told I must fill it out in store with an employee. I have several commercial accounts at several parts stores. Requesting I fill out sensitive info with someone I do not know is very fishy and not at all what auto zone corporate said is required. I will be avoiding autozone as a business and private individual.

  Shawn and Arturo were so helpful and knowledgeable. While super busy they were able to help customers, clean, and do an amazing job as security. Both had super great customer service skills, Shawn was super helpful with a great bit of knowledge surrounding my part needs. I look forward to giving all my business to Autozone thanks to these 2 individuals.
