  I have to give a huge shout-out to this company for breaking barriers and proving that excellence has nothing to do with gender. Walking into a store staffed entirely by women in an industry that has traditionally been male-dominated was both refreshing and inspiring. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and confident. Every question I had was answered with expertise, and the customer service was exceptional. They didn't just meet expectations—they exceeded them.   I visited to get a part for my car eric was a customer service was so lazy to give us part not having clear communication with us while payment not supporting at all

  20 min inline waiting for 1 cashier to help even though there were 5 or 6 associates working more interested in playing outside or in the back not helping customers. Music so loud I thought I was at a WHO concert.

  I have to give a bad review to this AutoZone location as well. Had a bad experience when we walked into the Green valley location to purchase two Cadillac converters and two sensors, which at that point we were told that they only had one sensor and asked us to pick up the rest of the parts at this location and 104th and northglenn. Unfortunately the staff is very unorganized. There's lack of communication. There is no customer service. We kept going back and forth between 104th and 16 Chambers just to get another part which the staff at both locations were uncertain as to where it was. Although parts were already purchased and all we needed to do was pick up. Even though I am giving a bad review because of the service between these AutoZone locations. I do have to recognize that I walked in there today, Monday and spoke to Israel at the business account area and he was very helpful. He was able to correct the mistakes and track down the last Cadillac converter that my husband and I were expecting to pick up since Saturday. I really hope that these locations change the way they train their employees because it's so unfortunate to see Young generations clueless on how to work properly and manage their inventory.

  Yadi, The manager of this location yadi is completely amazing knowledgeable polite kind very mellow not overrushing you not trying to get you off the phone not trying to over speak you she's amazing great job in customer service I appreciate it and she's awesome. That lady deserves a raise $ 💯
