They were wonderful and both came to help. They didn’t act like other stores I’ve been to where it seems I’m wasting their time. They helped me find the right parts. I also got a great deal on paper towels and hand cleaner. These guys are awesome and I will come back just for them. I also wanted to back them up on some of the reviews it says they’re busy and not good customer service. I believe they give excellent customer service and yes there is a high volume of customers what can you expect when you have great workers!

Factory grease and no fastener marks. Ridiculous policy. Their employees are great though. Please don't reply to my review with a bot response.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
