Cancelaron mi reserva sin previo aviso porque estaban “sold out”, me enteré cuando aterricé en Aspen a las 11 de la noche y el empleado de mostrador solo se limitó a señalar un letrero que decía “same day cancellations” sin dar más respuestas ni explicaciones ni ofrecer alternativas de transporte. Impresionante la pésima calidad de servicio de esto y también al comunicarme con SIXT solo se enfocaron en hacerme una devolución que tardaría 15 días hábiles.
