  I have been using Enterprise, exclusively, for all my rental car needs for over 15 years! They always prove to be friendly and attentive to my needs. The cars are in great condition, from compact to full size. I am always impressed by the great service and staff! If you need to rent a car (large or small), I recommend Enterprise 👌

  I wish I could give 0 stars, but that isn’t an option. We were assisted by a young man wearing a cap with a blond mustache, who never even gave us his name. His attitude was very poor from the beginning and it was obvious he didn’t want to rent us a car. When our credit card didn’t go through, he offered no help or alternatives. A close relative came to help us by offering to use their own credit card for the reservation, but he refused as soon as he realized they were part of our group. We felt discriminated against. All we wanted was to rent a car, and because of his behavior we ended up wasting over 5 hours and had to go all the way to Glenwood to finally get a vehicle.

  The worst service I’ve ever received at an Enterprise. When I greeted the blond guy at the counter and asked how he was, the first thing he said was “license,” without even saying hello. Then, for some reason, my payment was declined by the bank, and he told me that due to company policy I couldn’t try another card for 24 hours, nor could I make a new reservation under a different name. A complete disaster—very poor attitude and a noticeable lack of willingness to help.

  We had a wonderful Experience at this location with the person at the counter Joey. We were dropping a one way rental before our flight, then our flight cancelled and Joey got us our car right back as we were going to drive to Denver, long story short- son’s family’s flight also cancelled, then all flights cancelled. Now with my sons family to transport as well, the vehicle we got back was too small. Joey patiently suggested perhaps Avis had a larger car- so we were able to obtain one there before the mad dash for cars got in full swing. Joey took back the car we had just grabbed back from Enterprise without delay. He went above and beyond in mass confusion in the airport. We will be renting from Enterprise from now on at our his location. thanks Joey
