I have held a membership to this Arvada location as it has rolled onto its 3rd owner, Whistle Express. I take pride in my vehicles and use the wash religiously. Unfortunately my new car was damaged by the wash that was malfunctioning and poorly operable on the day in question. I had to drive to the Golden location for a proper re-wash. The Arvada attendant acknowledged the damage done, profusely apologized, filled out a report then lied to his superiors that there was no equipment issues and denied damage. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, as site will not take accountability.

50% increase over previous company's prices for a monthly membership with absolutely 0 changes to experience or service. Employees took my payment info again without informing me of price hike. Update: on top of the employee setting up a new membership to begin being billed THE NEXT DAY without my consent, when attempting to cancel, I'm told I have to create an account via the app to cancel, and that the customer service email address that originally notified me of this new account, will not do so. I was also informed that I can't get out this first months charge, because I'm not cancelling 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. what a joke and scam. Will be disputing with my credit card. You ruined any chance of winning me back as a customer. Oh and the customer service phone number DOES NOT TAKE CALLS

I brought my BRAND-NEW car to this car wash expecting a simple wash and instead left with “scratches/swirling” on my vehicle. When I brought it to their attention, their response was basically to deny responsibility and dismiss my concerns, claiming it was “just swirls” instead of scratches. Apparently, that’s their solution when they damage a customer’s vehicle — rename the damage and hope the customer goes away. What really says everything about this business, though, is how the manager handled the situation. I went in expecting to speak directly with a manager because, you know, that’s generally what managers are there for. Instead, he couldn’t even be bothered to come outside and look at my vehicle himself. He sent one of the younger employees out to handle the claim while he stayed inside. If you’re going to deny responsibility for damage to someone’s brand-new vehicle, the absolute least you can do is personally inspect the vehicle and speak professionally with the customer. Instead, I was met with a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful attitude. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I wanted someone to actually look at the damage, take my complaint seriously, and work toward a solution. Instead, they took the easiest route possible: deny it, minimize it, and avoid taking responsibility. Accidents happen. Lack of accountability is a choice. A business can make a mistake and still earn a customer’s respect by admitting it, investigating it, and making things right. This place chose the opposite approach. So if you have a new, expensive, or otherwise valuable vehicle, I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting it to this car wash. Because if something goes wrong, don’t expect management to step up and take care of it. Damaging someone’s property is bad enough. Treating them like their concern doesn’t matter afterward is even worse. I’ll be taking this further through the appropriate channels because I’m not going to simply accept damage to my brand-new vehicle and a dismissive “it’s just swirls” as an acceptable resolution. Terrible experience. Terrible management. Zero accountability.

I’ve been a customer at this particular car wash for about three years and had nothing but good results. I took my wife’s car in, which has a 2 1/2 year-old paint job and now it’s got permanent water spots on it that we can’t get off even by handwashing. I took the car in and showed the attendant who had me run the car through the wash again, and when the spots were still there he took photos and said that the manager would contact me within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a word. I don’t know what the 1 1/2 to 2 weeks thing was all about, unless they’ve got such a backlog of complaints that it takes them that long to respond. We’re not asking for a new paint job. All we would like is for Whistle Express to pay to buff out those water spots. My wife is very upset and we wanted to avoid leaving a negative review, but this is what it’s come to. It’s good policy to at least have a manager confirm that they have heard about our issue and looked at the photos.
