I’ve been a customer here for 5+ years, during numerous new owners & there have never been any issues through new management or new owner transitions. However, that ended when Whistle Express took over. My monthly pass went from $56 for TWO cars to $36 per car WITHOUT any notice. I understand that costs rise, but to increase the monthly fee by this much with no notice? Wild. Monthly passes at other washes are about the same in this area. However, I will still cancel my membership at the end of this month with Whistle based on principle & take my business elsewhere.

Been a loyal customer/subscription of 2 vehicles at this location for the past 4 years and I believe 3 different name changes... Since Whistle Express has taken over, have received unacceptable service and deceptive price changes. Starting at beginning of the year after it had became Whistle Express, had an uninsured motorist hit my hatchback at this location while in line which led into a multi-month insurance fiasco. (When this location was better managed, never would of occurred) Coming out of this though, I began to get dashcams for my cars, which pertains to the deceptive price changes. A couple weeks ago I noticed my monthly rate had increased by almost 40% from the previous month. The first employee I asked about it stated that Whistle Express has raised their prices across the board. Then before I could ask anything more the employee whispered, "Ya, we were going to try but couldn't notify people of the pricing change". Was surprised he acknowledged it let alone with my dashcam running, but figured he had been asked about it so often he was trying to defend himself. I said that I wanted to cancel my membership and receive a refund for not being notified about the pricing increase. He said, not a problem, as long as you don't use the car wash we can refund you and asked me to talk to his manager Cezar. I came back and spoke to Cezar and he reconfirmed I would receive a full refund along with confirming the price increase. After 12 days of back and forth with support, have yet to receive the full refund and keep getting different reasons for the price i was charged. Support has also stated that they are only willing to refund me half of the amount. At this point, just going to submit a report along with the video to the Colorado Consumer Protection with the Attorney General's office. Doubt anything will come from it, but you never know. IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CUSTOMER, CHECK YOUR BILLS! IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A FIND A DIFFERENT CAR WASH.

If I were managing this location, I would take a serious look at the staff performance during my visit today. When I arrived around 11:00 AM on June 16, 2026, every bay I checked was missing microfiber towels, and many stations were also missing essential cleaning supplies such as Windex or cleaner. I observed an employee walking around collecting used rags. However, instead of prioritizing restocking stations that were completely empty while other stations had excess supplies available, he continued past them and left customers without the supplies that are advertised as part of the membership experience. When I asked why there were no microfiber towels available, I was told, “Sorry, we are just now able to get around to it.” That explanation was disappointing. A business that promotes access to cleaning supplies as part of its service should have a system in place to ensure there is always a rotating supply of clean towels available while others are being washed. The issue is not just the lack of supplies — it is the lack of urgency and attention to maintaining the customer experience. This location gives the impression that no one is taking ownership, and that is unacceptable for a service-based business. Management needs to address the organization, stocking procedures, and overall accountability of the staff.

Went there to get a car wash and their top brush was not working so I got a half clean job done on my car. Also the vacuums were turned off so I couldn’t even vacuum. Paid 27 hard earned dollars and got really just a half washed car that needed to be vacuumed still. This place kind of fell off, used to be so much better when it was GLo.

These people are thieves!!!! I was using the service for $16 a month. Then this group bought them out. Now they charge $24 a month. I have tried to stop them from taking my money for two months now. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!! You can't even speak to a person to stop the payments! I finally called my bank and cancelled the credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
