- CSCory Strouse2 days ago1.0A new little half moon halo of delamination in the corner of rear view mirror so I suspect it was dropped, tried to just dismiss that..... We're all familiar with WeatherTech right?? Laser fitted!! I ordered the OEM glass, and suddenly a fitted sunshade is too small and doesn't fit?? Yeah, that's just not how those shades are. Tech had zero answers. A shade that is/was fitted by vin/make/model to be perfect, that used to fit, no longer fits proper and just falls out of the windshield. Clearly something didn't go back together the same but they also clearly aren't going to do anything about it. So driveway service to hold their hand and not hack job it? Go to the dealership? Annoyed.....

He contacted my a few times leading up to the service, he arrived during the pre-determined window, and he was very quick and thorough with the service. My new windshield and wipers work great! I'd be very happy to have Austin work on my vehicle anytime.
- MAMohamed Ajlani4 days ago1.0I take my car to their shop for a windshield repair, a 3inch circular crack. the agent didn't go through the potential extra damage and only mentioned that the windshield may not be repairable. 5mins later he came back and said that the crack keeps going so I go and check the car and i see 2 huge cracks across the windshield and an inside chip, I asked him what's the expectation he said I offer you $800 windshield replacement and recalibration, a $100 discount, because my deductable was high and an appointment. Thanks a lot for the accountability and the professionalism. I do not recommend these guy's service. Attached before and after pictures

I was so relieved that I he gave me the option to go into the garage to have my windshield replaced. I love the windshield. Mine was cracked. The price was very affordable and reasonable. I do recommend them.
