  I've had multiple issues with my car and manager Gilbert F has been honest and helpful with resolving the issue. He has given me discounts and fixed the issue quickly. Tough to find honest mechanics, so just take your car here...

  My wife took her car in and they told her it needed new brakes. Absolutely untrue, rotors and pads were recently replaced, their statements on rotor wear pad wear and runout were completely untrue. I drove the car and there was no vibration. They said rotors were warped- I asked if they put a dial indicator on to measure runout. They hemmed and hawed, then said no. Well, I did and the rotors were well within spec. They appeared to be trying to take advantage of my wife's lack of knowledge in this area in order to charge several thousand dollars for unneeded work. She called me to come and check and I was shocked. Seems that money is far more important than integrity to some mechanics.

  Needed some work on our brakes before leaving on a trip. They got us in right away, replaced everything same day. They were very up front about what needed done and even told us some things that they had quoted us for ended up not being needed. Very helpful. Great communication.

  Gilbert and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I got some work done which was about a 4 hour job and I stayed at the location the entire time. I got to see the team interact with quite a few customers and they were all great from making small talk to, describing with images the repairs and recommended repairs so there was no unopened questions from the customers. There are very honest from the start until end of services! I found my new homes for repairs and maintenance! A+++

  Great Old Fashion Service! Gilbert and his team at Brakes Plus on Wadsworth/Howell in Arvada really took great care of me! My car was shaking every time I hit the brakes, so I called, and they got me in right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts in stock, and had me back on the road in about an hour. Honest, hassle-free service and a great experience from start to finish. Thanks again, fellas!
