  I took my SUV to Brakes Plus to get new brakes and get my A/C fixed. Andy did a fantastic job getting everything taken care of quickly and at a great price. More importantly, he also pointed out a few other items on my vehicle that needed immediate attention. Andy went above and beyond in my opinion. He deserves a promotion and a raise. Great overall experience at this location.

  !!!AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! This location is terrible and will make you wait for hours past your appointment time. The staff will try to sell you an incredible amount of things you do not need and thats not even the worst part. I got an alignment yesterday after replacing the majority of the steering components, upper and lower control arms front and rear and wheel bearings. Not only was the alignment worse than when I initially came to this location more than half of what was replaced was unnecessary. The staff here is not knowledgeable whatsoever and they desperately need to clean house and hire ALL NEW STAFF. I had to take my vehicle to a different location off colfax and within 30 minutes my truck was aligned properly and perfect. Again avoid this place at all costs, the shop is extremely crooked and ran by incompetence.

  Had to get my front rotor and brake pads replaced and Carlos was great about walking me through repair and my options. Service was great and incredibly timely!! I will definitely come back to this location in the future

  Called this location to set up an oil change for a company vehicle they wouldn’t let me but assured me the place was “empty” then when I show up I’m told I’ll have to wait a hr for them to start the oil change and another hr to do it!! Thanks for wasting my time

  This place is a waste of time took my truck for an alignment they claimed my control arms n ball joint are worn n my battery is too low to do an alignment. This place is in the market to do $1,000 worth of work you come with something that simple to be done they refuse to do their job i asked for an alignment not an inspection nor your 2cent suggestions, then my husband tested them by scheduling for alignment on his truck they said the same thing this place is very sus if they have too much work they will tell you to go somewhere else to get the alignment dont waste your time here and hire employees that actually want to work. This is very disappointing to say the same thing which tells me you guys didnt even look at both vehicles. This place definitely lost potential customers. Please avoid this place at all costs if you want them to mess with your vehicle. After we left my husbands tire to his truck now wobbles so be warned this place does tamper with your vehicles to get you to come back
