  Got an inspection on my suspension about a week ago and es,even though I didn't have an akppointment they did all they could to get me in as soon as they could with it being such a busy day. They were all nice and answered all the questions I had. Chris the store manager especially was super kind and even came out and chatted with me for a bit while waited for my car. They told me that I would need breaks done and Chris was kind enough to tell me to call the day before to get the parts ordered so I could be in and out when I got to my appointment. Got to my appointment and they took my keys and had my car on the lift within minutes of my arrival and did a super swift job. Will for sure be coming back again for any other issues I have.

  Had a 1pm appointment on a Tuesday. Upon dropping off was told approximately 2 hours. Came back and hour and 45 minutes later and the vehicle had not been touched. Taking my vehicle to Midas in the future...NO COMMUNICATION AND APPOINTMENT MEANS NOTHING...I even had to demand to talk with someone to get my keys back. If you value your time know that they do not...

  Carlos was extremely professional and personable. He kept me updated on the progression of my car as it was being aligned. I couldn’t have asked for better costumer service. I would highly recommend Brakes Plus and specifically ask for Carlos.

  Summer 2025 I had all my brake pads and rotors fully replaced on my 2018 Mazda cx5 at the Wadsworth location. The team did an excellent job and my car is running great again: leading up to this the metal on metal sound was consistent and I'm glad I brought my car in when I did. I've always found the employees at Brakes Plus to be transparent and professional, which is greatly appreciated. I will continue to bring my car here as needed: since last summer I've been in for a cabin filter and air blower replacement.

  Have been bringing my cars here for several years now. The biggest issue finding a brakes/oil change location is the trust you can put in the people taking care of your car. I’ve been to different places and locations and these guys always provide the best support, price, and service I have received when taking my car in for these types of maintenance needs. They never hassle you to do more than you need to on your car too. I always recommend this location.
