Great customer service experience! Didn’t get the part I needed, but the store manager Sia L. went above and beyond to help me find it. It was an item that none of the AutoZone’s carried nor the competing auto parts stores, but she was able to find one and secure it for me at a nearby dealership. She did not have to do all the work of searching and digging for me, but she did it anyways and with a big smile and pleasant attitude. She is a wonderful store manager. And she was so efficient. The line started building and she was able to handle two additional customers while still assisting me all at the same time. Very impressive!

My car was completely dead with a battery that would not take a jump. Sia went out of her way to get me the battery I needed and then came and replaced it for me at no extra charge. She is a rock star and had the old battery out and new battery in in under 15 minutes. Mechanic wanted to charge me a minimum $75 labor to do the same. Sia was helpful, professional, kind and more than adept from the moment we spoke on the phone to completion of my battery installation. I will recommend this store and Sia to everyone!! You're lucky to have her!!

The manager at this location, Sia, is fantastic! She helped with a warranty claim on a battery and with another battery that I had an issue with. She was extremely helpful, coming outside to test both batteries and diagnose what the problem was. She let me use her tools to remove the dead batteries and went above and beyond in providing great customer service! Well done!
