  I only write reviews when someone is exceptionally helpful and competent. My sister-in-law and I stopped by the Arvada Auto Zone tonight, and Tucker R. quickly diagnosed her car’s issue and replaced the battery. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, went over her options clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress free. He also took the time to ensure her van’s sliding doors and ramp were reset properly. Lastly, his friendly smile and helpful attitude were priceless.

  Just needed a quick fix with my windshield wiper and Sia was so generous to help with this. Immediately knew the problem, got it fixed, made my life very easy. She is great and I would come back to her for more help if needed.

  Stop in to have what I thought was an alternator problems since AAA said the battery was fine. Sia wanted to first check the battery again and that’s exactly what it was. I can’t begin to tell you how incredibly helpful honest she was changing out that battery cleaning up a few other things under the hood, etc. Great customer service I will definitely come back

  All retail companies need a SIA. Very, professional very efficient, very knowledgeable, and just so helpful. I left the store with additional products because of her recommendations and I felt very assured of success.
