- MMMaribel MendezSep 27, 20261.0Don’t waist your money on this self service car wash it does nothing but take your money. I went in and came out with my truck looking that same. Only took a couple pictures just to show it couldn’t even get rid of the dust.
- ESEvelyn ShaferSep 22, 20261.0Literally the worst and most expensive automatic car wash I’ve ever been to. There was still soap and water on my car when it said I was done. There are vacuums out front but they gauge you for every cent, so once they’ve already made you join the app and give them all of your personal information just to turn on the vacuum, you still have to pay to use it. I will never be returning and would not recommend this to anyone.
- CMCony MusumeciSep 20, 20261.0Worse experience of my life. No vacuums work. When I finally got one to “work” didn’t suck in shit. Don’t even have rags
- BKbrian killourhySep 18, 20261.0I canceled my membership with Autowash a while back and when I stopped in today to do a quick self wash I was reminded why. Overpriced, poorly maintained equipment and rude customer service agent (Hannah). Today the high pressure wash plumbing failed so not only could I not wash my car but I also got sprayed with soapy water from the broken fitting. I called in to customer service to inform them of the issue (not the first time I’ve had to call them for mechanical problems at this location) and the best they could do was refund my money in 7-10 business days. Be aware that Autowash is a corporate owned franchise chain which operates on the business model of squeezing every last penny they can out of customers, while providing the lowest quality product possible. There are plenty of Mom and Pop owned car washes around that provide a better product at a lower price. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money at any of the Autowash corporate clown show locations.
