  I reserved a luxury vehicle for a business meeting I had to attend and they didn't even have them available when I showed up to pick the vehicle up. The lady at the counter informed me that they were aware of my reservation but they didn't have any luxury vehicles available in their lot(Then why do you advertise them?!!) She offered me a Jeep Rangler🥴 and said all vehicles were already reserved. Then she changed her offer and offered me an suv which I had to take. They lowered their fee by $1!!! She said they "tried" to call me, but I have no records or messages from them. Very disappointed.

  I got the car quickly and the person who gave me the car was very friendly. I would have liked getting the security deposit back faster.
