  Had a good experience at this store, helpful staff. However, I went there to exchange a defective brake drum I had purchased at another AutoZone store. AutoZone has some of the cheapest parts but the trade off is poor quality control. Getting defective parts new out of the box has become rather common for me. My time doing the job twice and chasing working parts is expensive. Id pay more for parts that worked the 1st time instead of the 2nd or third try. It's not this stores fault, it's AutoZone in general.

  Went in for help with codes. I've been trying to get this car on the road for months and I've been chasing down this issue for more than a month. I went to another auto parts store for help first and they said, "If you want the codes done right, go to Auto Zone." Figure of the competition recommendations them they mist be doing something right. Go in and ask for help clearing the codes so that I may continue to isolate the issue and buy parts from this store to fix it. Guy tells me, "Can't clear it, can only read it." Not helpful. I've known what the code is for weeks, but that's not the problem. I was shocked at the lack of customer service and willingness to assist. There wasn't a "Sorry" or and explanation or a "We don't do that at this location but" or "Here are 3 workarounds that might help." It was just, "Can't clear it" and the eye contact. No elucidation, no empathy, no sympathy, no customer service. I was the only person in the store, it's not like he could clear it but just didn't have the time. I've given this place a lot of business of the years and it's a real shame what's happened.

  It's a cool place cuz it's only AutoZone in town but honestly the people there watch you like if you're a criminal or something they're judgmental characters the managers are just looking out windows watching people go to the cars it's very uncomfortable it's like what are you doing why don't you address them properly what kind of road are we living in now or wait I'll let everyone else answer that question
