  Excellent Service at the Yucaipa Valvoline Service Station. All the Service help were great. Our timing was perfect, there was no one waiting, and we got in and out in about 15 minutes. Will definitely go back. 👍 Loved also that we had a 15 dollar coupon.

  I have been an oil change customer here for several years but the quality of service has severely declined. They recommended I purchase a new battery and I took the advice. Afterwards my vehicle had to be jump started every time I started it. I went to the location and was told the battery was fine and to drive my car more. The problem continued. I went elsewhere and replaced the battery. No issue since. I tried contacting management and was advised Valvoline would forward my concern/information to the manager as they would not provide me with any contact information. It has been weeks and no one has contacted me. This location and Valvoline lost my trust and business.
