  I usually rent through Avis, but this time I had to get back hone before Avis was available. I scheduled a car through enterprise, ok not a big deal I was given a tin can suv. The vehicle was filthy wouldn't put her head back for the 6-hour car ride home because she didn't want her hair touching the car. I've always also been given full tanks of gas to start off with and this vehicle only had half a tank and a cracked windshield. The vehicle was filthy and didnt even appear to be vacuumed inside. Looks like I was stick with avis.

  Confirmed vehicle TWICE at different locations and TWICE once I drove all the way out there I was told "sorry we do not have that vehicle" what an absolute waste of time. What good is a reservation/ confirmation if they don't have the vehicle to begin with?? Never renting from them again.

  ⭐ 1 Star Absolutely terrible experience. I reserved a truck for a family camping trip and called the morning of pickup to confirm everything, only to be told there were no trucks available. After contacting corporate, the Yucaipa location called me and assured me they had a truck for me, that it was getting an oil change, and that it would be waiting for me when I arrived later that afternoon. I specifically asked if it would be rented to someone else and was told no. When I arrived at 3:30 PM, I walked in to find the manager asleep at his desk, snoring. I knocked on the counter and tried to get his attention, but he never woke up. After several minutes, another employee came in and informed me that the truck I had been promised was no longer available because it had supposedly been in an accident. The interesting part? The employee left me a voicemail at 3:41 PM while I was literally standing inside the office waiting for assistance. After I’d already arranged a ride, taken time out of my day, and shown up exactly when they told me to. Whether the truck was actually in an accident or rented to someone else, I’ll never know. What I do know is that nobody bothered to communicate with me until I was already standing in the office. I then spent more time dealing with corporate, who repeatedly promised callbacks and solutions that never came. If you enjoy uncertainty, poor communication, broken promises, and management sleeping on the job, this is the place for you. If you actually need a vehicle you’ve reserved, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
