  The Yuba City Safelite finally got it right and was able to install our windshield and properly calibrate it in a fairly timely fashion. I would give the Yuba City location five stars. Safelite overall, dealing with them through our insurance has been a three week nightmare. The Chico location changed our appointment time a couple of hours after the appointment was supposed to happen then Safelite referred us to a local glass shop which only made the situation worse, as well as the local Honda dealership in Chico if we had to do it all over again, we would definitely just use the Yuba City Safelite.Had we known, it would’ve saved us a lot of time and trouble.

  We had a great experience dealing with Safelite. Our insurance company recommended them to us however they said we did not need to use them and could use anybody that we wanted. We've been seeing quite a few Safelite commercials and thought that would be the fastest cleanest way to go. We called up and set an appointment verified insurance coverage, and organized our schedule so they could replace the windshield at our location. When the technician arrived he was very courteous and we got out of his way so he could go to work. As he was inspecting and cleaning the new windshield, he noticed that there was a distortion in the glass at the base of it. He asked me to come out and take a look at it with him and I agreed that it probably wasn't the best idea to go ahead and put that specific piece of glass into the car. So at that point he called his supervisor they checked around different warehouses and figured out that they didn't have one close by and then it would take a couple of days to get it. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days and then I ended up calling them and we set up a new appointment. The new technician came out did the job perfectly and courteously. Very easy to deal with these people. Highly recommended.

  Great experience from start to finish! The booking process was super easy, and Safelite met all my expectations. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing glass repair.

  Easy to set up appointment. Courteous technician came to my residence at stated time and performed the repair quickly. Price was price quoted, no hidden fees or upsale pressure. Very satisfied and would recommend company to friends and family
