  The technicians perform good service and I don’t have any complaints in this department. However Safelite AutoGlass Using AI to schedule technicians and constantly overbooking their personal. This leads to technicians not being able to come on time and provide a timely service leading to frustration of personal and clients. Management doesn’t respond to the complaints of personal so I hope they’ll respond to the complaint of customers because next time I am definitely going with the different service provider… This corporate greed definitely should stop.

  Installer was great ... the only thing is I was hoping to do after pay but the person in the office said I did sign up right and the only way to fix would be to send the tech away and reschedule ... so I ended up paying all at once so mother Earth would not suffer .. had the after pay arrangement happened I was going to get a second vehicle's windshield replaced... seems like the website should have better instructions in regards to making the 4 payments ...

  The Yuba City Safelite finally got it right and was able to install our windshield and properly calibrate it in a fairly timely fashion. I would give the Yuba City location five stars. Safelite overall, dealing with them through our insurance has been a three week nightmare. The Chico location changed our appointment time a couple of hours after the appointment was supposed to happen then Safelite referred us to a local glass shop which only made the situation worse, as well as the local Honda dealership in Chico if we had to do it all over again, we would definitely just use the Yuba City Safelite.Had we known, it would’ve saved us a lot of time and trouble.
