  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Enterprise location, particularly with the customer service I received from Rebecca. Rebecca came across as extremely rude and passive-aggressive. While there was a long line of customers waiting, she repeatedly made comments out loud and would follow them with a laugh, which felt like an attempt to disguise the fact that the comments were inappropriate. Everyone could clearly see that the location was busy and that there was a line, but the way she handled the pressure only made the environment more uncomfortable. When it was my turn to be assisted, I expressed concern that the vehicle I was being offered was dirty. Instead of simply addressing my concern, Rebecca became defensive and accused me of being rude because of the way I was speaking to her. This was especially frustrating because she had been making slick and passive-aggressive comments throughout the interaction, but then portrayed herself as the one being treated poorly when I spoke up about the condition of the vehicle. Based on my experience, Rebecca does not appear to handle pressure or customer concerns well. The cleanliness of the vehicles was also disappointing. The vehicles that were offered to me were dirty and not what I would consider acceptable for a rental vehicle. I have rented from other Enterprise locations as well as other rental car companies, and the vehicles have generally been clean and up to standard. This was my first time personally renting from this particular location, although I previously had a rental through them as part of an insurance claim. I decided to give this location another opportunity because I was offered a deal following an issue with my previous experience. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling that these problems may simply be representative of the customer service and standards at this location. I will also be following up with USAA regarding my experience, especially since this location is being utilized in connection with their customers. Customer service should remain professional even when a location is busy. Customers should be able to raise a legitimate concern about the cleanliness or condition of a rental vehicle without being met with passive-aggressive comments, defensiveness, or being made to feel as though they are the problem for speaking up. After being rude she told me she did not feel comfortable doing busy with me. Glad I really don’t need the vehicle.

  Our insurance company went through Enterprise for our rental, and we could not have been more happier. They matched the vehicle type we had that had to be serviced at Future Toyota which is a big deal to us because we didn’t want to be stuck with a sedan when our personal car is an SUV. Everything was seamless and easy. Rebecca helped me with the drop off process, and she was absolutely pleasant. We will definitely be returning to Enterprise when we need a future rental.

  Okay so the car we rented for a month due to unfortunate circumstances, WAS TRULY AMAZING. It was clean, fuel efficient, and the unlimited miles was the greatest perk as my wife needed it to commute to work. The workers were great especially the woman who helped us return the vehicle, on August 14th. It was her first day there and she was super great! Quick, painless return. Now for my gripes: I don't know what the hell is wrong with the Enterprise phone systems. Both this location and the Orroville location have static muffled feedback both while the phone is ringing and when someone picks up and you're trying to talk/hear. It was super annoying especially when I had to call twice to get an extension on the rental. The reason I had to call is my second complaint. I made the mistake of not unlocking my card before trying to make the extension online, so I guess it locks up the option after that. I was not able to extend it unless I called after that which was an inconvenience. Please figure out the phone thing! Great cars though and I may even purchase a vehicle from this company.

  8/7/2026 I was in the Enterprise Rent-A-Car office with my sister renting a car. Ariah helped my sister with renting a car to go one way to Utah. There was an issue and she helped her figure out a way to get the rental she needed. I phoned her prior to going in and she was very professional and helpful. While she was checking us in someone ran into the office saying there was an active shooter in the mall next door. The entire team went into action locking down the facility to keep their employees and customers safe as well as providing refuge to those who were outside when the incident occurred who were shopping in the mall. The police response was immediate and they were able to clear the mall and determine that it was a smash and grab robbery at a jewelry store. Ariah didn't miss a beat. They kept the building secure until a police officer came over to say the scene was clear and all was safe. She then completed the rental process quickly and professionally. I want to thank the entire Enterprise-Rent-A-Car team and other staff members Andrew and Manveer who jumped into action. Great job team, and thank you.
