  I had a great experience at Valvoline thanks to Carlos. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The oil change was quick, and he made sure everything was done correctly. It's nice to receive such excellent customer service these days. Carlos really went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes. Highly recommend asking for Carlos if you visit!

  Bryce and Amber provided fantastic customer service today, which is hard to find nowadays! The oil change service was fast and efficient! Answered all questions and described in detail all services provided. I always come here for my oil changes and have not been disappointed! Thanks for the great service!

  Came for an oil change, they are quick and efficient. The price has gone up since I was last here. Over a $100 for a Full synthetic oil change and that’s with a coupon. Bryce and Fernando, we’re both polite and friendly and explained everything to me. Will be back for my next services.

  I have been coming here for the last 6 years with all my vehicles and this review is way overdue. The team at this Valvoline location is AMAZING. Always accommodating, always pleasant, always top service! I was assisted today by Alex, Scott, Ricardo, and Evan. Their team is top notched! From the moment I pulled in my vehicle, and all the way when I left. Their efficiency is pretty impressive. All my questions and concerns were answered which leaves a sense of great confidence that I can safely drive my car again. Thank you for what you guys do. I will definitely keep on recommending you guys to everyone!

  Great job Carlos and Rico! Fast service and great customer service. After the oil chance my parking break was being funny (no fault of valvoline) and when i went back they took photos ans ensured me everything under the car was okay. It turned out the park break button was jammed and I was able to get it unstuck easily but wouldnt have considered that without help of the team :)
