  Update on my services; Today I was helped by Carlos and Jake. Carlo’s made sure to get me in and out with a quick oil top off and even gave me some tips on air filter cleaning. Jake also made sure I didn’t have any other questions or issues before driving off. I really appreciate this teams integrity and commitment to providing great service!

  My last visit I included a headlight bulb replacement, which it was replaced, however two other lights no longer work now. I'm not sure what happened but I was reminded not to pay Valvoline the $39 to change my bulbs. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix what they messed up.

  Honestly, these guys hit all the marks. The crew here is super friendly, really professional, and completely thorough with their routine checks without taking forever. The whole thing was fast from start to finish. The coolest part is just staying in your car while they do everything. You get to sit there and actually watch them work, which gives you total peace of mind that it’s being done right. You can’t beat that kind of convenience. My only real knock is that it's a little pricey for a standard oil change. That said, you can almost always hunt down a coupon online before you pull up to bring the price back down. Definitely my go-to spot when I don't feel like waiting in a lobby for two hours.

  Every once in a while, you run into people who remind you that kindness still exists, and today that was JC and Bryce at Valvoline. I'm a wheelchair user and I work for a major healthcare company, so reliable mobility isn't just important, it's essential. When I discovered the tires on my backup chair were flat after sitting for a while, I stopped by hoping for a little help. JC and Bryce didn't hesitate for even a second. They were respectful, professional, and genuinely caring. They took care of inflating my tires and made sure everything was good to go. It might have taken them just a few minutes, but to me, it meant so much more. They turned what could have been a tough situation into a reminder that outstanding service and genuine compassion still exist. Valvoline should be proud to have JC and Bryce representing them. Thank you both for going above and beyond. Your kindness made a real difference, and I'll carry that with me for a long time.
