  Bryce was the first one to greet me and get me into the system, super cool dude and got everything going quick. James took over from there with the recommendations and services and never once made me feel pressured into doing extra stuff. Evan and Allen worked on my car and knocked out the oil change and service fast and smooth. Overall solid experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, appreciate all the help fellas.

  Went to the one at 17511 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886 and every single person I dealt with was genuinely upbeat, professional and lovely. You can tell they really like where they work. My service options were explained well, and given to me without any aggressive upsell. They suggested services that I was due for and told me not to worry about things I didn’t actually need. I’ve been using Valvoline for many years and it’s always a great experience, but I’d go out of my way to come back to this particular Valvoline next time I need these types of services.

  Haven't been here before at this location, and might not come back too. It for sure is a quick covenient service, but is worth it? 🤔 I recently ran out of included services with my new car that was included in the dealership sale, so now having to find a place on my own to take care of my car. Quick and convenient is one thing, but a higher cost here for sure, as I researched all around East Orange county and then a somewhat pressured up-sale is something you can always expect at this company....and today I get my car back with a wiped off oil appearance all over the front grill. May not come back guys, please do better 👎🏻 full synthetic and topped off the radiator up-sale $144 today I've had this same service at their competitor once at anout $80 so shop around and you could likely do better too. Today I just needed a quick service when running errands. Next time? Remains to be seen...

  This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back! Alex explained everything so clearly and made the whole process feel easy. Even Evan, the manager, matched my price which I really appreciated. The communication between the team was actually impressive. Alan, the mechanic below changing my oil, spoke clearly enough for the team above to hear, and everything just flowed smoothly. As a busy mom, this drive-up oil change was exactly what I needed. I didn’t want to sit at a dealership for hours, and they had me in and out so efficiently. What stood out most was that there was zero pressure. They didn’t try to upsell me. They simply let me know what my car could benefit from and left the decision up to me. And the sweetest part, I had my little white pup with me and she ran to grab him a treat. That alone made my day. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back for my oil changes.
