  Everyone here is always so helpful, quick, and efficient! Came here needing understanding and assistance on what was going on with my car and was met with a kind person, Fernando, and then was passed off to Jake, the manager, who helped me with everything! He was generous with his knowledge and was so helpful and wonderful! I come here time and time again because I know I will be taken care of. Highly recommend!

  I always come to this particular Valvoline location, and they never disappoint! The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. Alex helped me today, and she was absolutely wonderful—very thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. Jake was also incredibly helpful! I really appreciate that the team never makes you feel pressured or tries to push unnecessary services. They’re always honest, respectful, and make the entire experience quick and easy. I will continue to go out of my way to visit this specific location because the customer service is consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

  I brought my mother’s car in for an oil change today, and Julian and Fernando were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, showed us that her cabin and air filters were dirty, and recommended replacing them. They even showed us the new filters before installing them and pointed out the clean oil on the dipstick after the oil change was completed. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service and feel confident that you’re being treated fairly. Julian and Fernando made the entire experience easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change, especially if you have the opportunity to work with these two gentlemen. Thank you both for the excellent service!

  I went in for an oil change on Wednesday and for the next couple of days my car was acting up and didnt know why until I reached Saturday and my car wouldn’t accelerate anymore after i went over a bump on the road. I had to tow it to my local auto shop and told them the situation and that i recently got my oil changed. Come to find out that Valvoline left my valve cover loose and it had been leaking externally and internally into the spark plug wells/coils. It led to my car having a misfire and I had to replace my valve cover, ignition coil, and spark plugs!!!!! ALL THANKS TO THIS SHOP FOR NOT PROPERLY FINISHING THEIR JOB, LEAVING MY VALVE COVER LOOSE AND COST ME $1,500 IN REPAIRS FOR THEIR MESS!!!!

  Absolutely great service! Everyone was super friendly, efficient, and had me in and out quickly. I came in for an oil change and they also helped me take care of a few other things my car needed. Alex, Kim, and Ricardo were especially amazing! They had great customer service and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my car and what they recommended without making me feel pressured. I also really appreciated that they asked for my permission before doing anything inside my vehicle. Overall, the staff was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
