  I've learned that I guess I should read the review first. I regularly work with enterprise and this is by far the worst customer service I've ever received from day one. When we went to pick up our car at the reservation time, the woman told us we couldn't pick up the car because we had an out of state drivers license. We responded, you're a rental car company, isn't most of your clients out of state? No apology, just come back in an hour. Constant miscommunication, false information, and today to top it all off after a 20 minute conversation the representative Lindsay called me a liar. On top of that, the payment she wanted she couldn't take over the phone but failed to mention this. Then she said she'd notate the account that we would return the car tomorrow since their office was about to close and we were not near by. Then Rachel the area manager calls, tells me to return the car in the lockbox after-hours because clearly Lindsay never updated the account. Do yourself a favor, theres a Hertz down the road at Ford. They are professional, fast and have remarkable customer service. Save yourself the exasperation and irritation of dealing with this branch. We plan to cancel our corporate account with Enterprise over this.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was a very disappointing experience. We booked our rental car six months in advance and even called the day before to confirm everything. We were assured that the exact vehicle we reserved would be ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, when we got there, we were told they didn't have the car we had booked. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after planning our trip so far in advance and taking the extra step to confirm the reservation. A reservation should mean that the vehicle you booked will actually be available. If the company knows they cannot honor a reservation, customers should be notified ahead of time instead of finding out at the counter. Because of this poor experience, we had to look elsewhere to get the vehicle we needed. I hope this location improves its reservation process so other customers don't have to go through the same inconvenience.
