  I like this place a lot. Haven’t had any problems with them yet. I don’t like there answering service at all. I prefer to call the shop. They have been very nice , helpful and considerate.

  Had an appointment to get 4 new tires, and performed a recommended 100K miles service on my 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. Work was completed promptly and satisfactory. Shop is very clean and both service reps who i talked to were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

  I was happy with tire and alignment service but I was very disappointed when I was told I needed new air filters for my car. I personally replaced these filters less than a month ago. How can you possibly come up with something like this? You took a very positive experience and quickly turned it negative. You make it difficult to trust your company now.

  Scheduled An appointment to have my alignment done on my truck. When I dropped it off, I was told it would only take a couple hours so I returned after that time and they hadn’t even started it. Very disappointing at that point. Afterwards, I was told that there’s mechanical issues that would not allow it to be fully aligned. Completed the mechanical work and took it back, and the alignment was done in a very timely manner.

  Made an appointment and they didn’t even have me on file. They told me I’ll have to wait 3 to 4 hours unless I drop off the car. No apologies just excuses. I would’ve appreciated it if they apologized for the mixup but the scary looking guy with tattoos without a smile told me too bad. I’ll go somewhere else
