  Very slow service. I arrived at 1:30 PM, and it’s now almost 6:30 PM, and I’m still waiting. All I needed was to replace the two front tires, balance them, and perform a wheel alignment. My car has been sitting on the lift for a long time with nobody working on it. This job should take about 30 minutes, but I’ve wasted almost my entire day here. I do not recommend this place if you value your time.

  Had a check tire light on which I thought might be defective. I asked for tires rotated balanced and ended up with over 2000 of work done. Tire light remained which I thought was defective. This is my mistake but made the assumption the work I paid for was completed. The tires were not balanced and air pressures not checked at least on one low tire. I should not have driven away with the tire light on, I made an assumption about my vehicle based on the mileage , however it makes me question the entirety of the repairs. I'm not a car guy I have no idea what or what wasn't done. Used this place in 2025 and was happy but will not be back again as a result of this last visit. A good lesson as I took a long trip with my family right after this service on low tires, and will know for next time

  This is the best tire service & brake service place I’ve been to! They are quick and do a great job every time. Good customer service also. Would definitely recommend Allen Tires and come here again in the future.

  Very pleased with the service I received. They were busy and Shawn managed to get me in asap for a tire repair. They were able to repair the tire but showed me that the wall of the tire was slightly damaged by me driving while it was flat. No pressure from him but I decided to change the tire so I went back following morning and all is good. Ask for Shawn!
