Went in there to get an oil change and they broke my glove box terrible service the owner is terrible couldn't take accountability

I called this location to check my brake pads after finding it via the Midas website. I was not aware there was a $30 charge for this service, and my husband (who physically went) was not informed there was charge. At the end of the service, I called and the woman said it was $30. Although I wasn’t aware, I asked if it would at least include the 55 point inspection advertised on the Midas website. She replied that they do not even have a 55 point inspection, only a 17 point one, which would also NOT be included in the service, and informed me they do not honor the services on the Midas website. They ONLY checked my brake pads, and did not even provide a measurement for the rotors. I don’t feel this was appropriate.

i had no leak before coming here after leaving here i notice my oil started leaking i just got the car never had a leak for the 5 months of having it i bring it back and they say its my plug i leave and its leaking even more i come back and they say its the plug again that they just changed dont come here!!! horrible work i wouldn’t recommend coming here for a oil change they dont know what they’re doing at all !
