- XZXu ZhouMay 7, 20261.0I had a very bad experience at this Enterprise location. I first called and was told they did not have a car available and that I should not come. Then I called again and was told they did have a car and could offer a free upgrade. After I arrived and waited about 20 minutes, the manager, I believe his name was Nik, said I would need to pay extra for a larger car because I had reserved a sedan. This was confusing, frustrating, and felt very unfair. The staff were not helpful or respectful. I would not recommend this store. Avoid this location. They are very mean to visitors!

Drove 30 minutes from my house to get here and was told this, “Ae have no cars and there are 5 people ahead of you if a car comes in before 5 pm when we close!! “ And the guy tells my husband that it’s corporate that does this , allows people to book anyway because they don’t want any cars to be sitting there. HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Nick and Joe helped us, and both were very polite, efficient, and helpful. Both Nick and Joe took personal interest in us. The cars were clean and ready to go when we arrived, despite the office being very busy. We have rented cars from the Woodland Enterprise office several times before, and their service has always rated 5 Stars with us. We have family in Woodland and we visit often. We will definitely return to Woodland Enterprise Car Rental.
