Then I called again and was told they did have a car and could offer a free upgrade. After I arrived and waited about 20 minutes, the manager, I believe his name was Nik, said I would need to pay extra for a larger car because I had reserved a sedan. This was confusing, frustrating, and felt very unfair. The staff were not helpful or respectful. I would not recommend this store. Avoid this location. They are very mean to visitors!
