  had such a smooth experience here. The staff was genuinely so kind, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and they got everything done way quicker than I expected without making me feel rushed at all. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in their work. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had — I’ll absolutely be coming back.

  Took both of my cars in today and had such a great experience! Kennedy made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Often times being a woman handling car services/issues you feel taken advantage of because men think you don't know, but Kennedy didn't make me feel like that at all. Yahir was also amazing! Will definitely come back!

  These guys are great! I was getting scammed by American Tires in T.O. They found one of my headlights intentionally disconnected, which wasn’t an issue before I went to the last place, and listed as an issue after I left. The tech simply reconnected it. Fast oil change friendly honest service! I shall return. Thank you!

  Great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! The service was super quick, and everyone there was very friendly and professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how welcoming and efficient the team was. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for fast and reliable service!

  My car's engine light went on in the AM and I thoughtit was the battery. It's a little tricky because my car is a hybrid. Yahir went out and beyond to make sure my car was running smoothly.While he was inspecting - the engine light disappear! Looks like he did some magic. He knew my battery was in the trunk and check the health of the battery. It was healthy...Then he check the alternator....It was healthy. We weren't able to figure out the issue but I am def coming back to this location for all my mechanic needs. I've been comign to this location for quite a while. Service has been always great. Yahir was honest, thorough, and patience to check everything. Thank you Yahir for your top-notch service!
