5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service at Valvoline! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. It’s nice to go somewhere that values its customers and takes pride in doing a great job. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Valvoline to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and honest service.

It's frustrating when grown men attempt to play on women as if we're ignorant by attempting to sell us on a psuedoproblem. They overcharged me for 1.5 Q of oil, then told me my battery was "dangerously bad" (not knowing that I just had it tested and tested is again after the oil change by an expert - it Passed) so they could sell me another one and we're going to try to tell me I needed a new air filter, but stopped because I literally just changed it myself. Absolutely disgusting and will never return to this deceitful and manipulative location.

Edward was the manager on duty when I came in. He kept me in the loop on every step that they were taking next. He was very thorough in explaining what I was asking about and even encouraged me to wait on a couple of items that came up. He also helped me fix an issue with my glove compartment that a previous place didn't install back properly. Price is pretty reasonable with a coupon but the convenience and quickness makes up for it. Knowledge and honesty is something I value when I go to an auto shop. So, if anything come visit Edward.

The service is always fast and efficient, and they don’t push you on add-ons if you let them know that you’ve taken care of simple things like windshield wipers and air filters (which you should, because they’re easy to do and 1/4 as expensive if you do them yourself). The managers are always very respectful and will often even take a look at things outside the spectrum of what they’ll do to give you advice. There’s always a discount every month if you look online. If you need to get an oil change or tire rotation or general service done quickly, it’s a good way to do it.
