  Extremely helpful staff very respectful, trying to help the customers find the best deals for the necessary services. I really enjoyed my quick and easy experience at Valvoline. They showed me what they were doing each step of the way made sure I understood the process and made sure me and my kids were comfortable. I also had my two kids with me and it was Stillquick and painless. Thank you

  Very poor experience at this location. I normally go to the one on Sherman Way and De Soto which is much more professional and friendly. I had a coupon they would not honor & the way the employee was so rude about it was just the icing on the cake of a BAD EXPERIENCE

  I had a great experience. Adrian, the manager, was absolutely outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made the whole service process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell he really cares about doing the job right. Huge thanks to Adrian for the excellent service. Highly recommend!

  OIL LEAK AFTER SERVICE This is the 2nd time on the 2nd visit that they have failed to secure/tighten the OIL FILTER when completing the oil change. Back to back is CRAZY. I told Adrian, the shop manager, that even if you guys seal the leak again I cannot come back to this location. Why are these “professionals” not sealing the oil filter? It’s so simple! Late to work because of this issue. Garage has puddles of oil that I now have to clean AGAIN. So inconvenient. Thank you Adrian for making it right with a discount voucher. Ugh.

  Came in for a quick oil change, was put in a slower bay even when I pointed out the other bay was opening up. When I finally got to the front where they do the oil change, the 'boss' decided to train a new person on my oil change, without asking. The trainee overfilled my engine with oil, the machine that sucks out excess oil broke, the guy under my car had to drain it, the trainee dropped my oil cap down my grill into the grate and just stood there while others tried looking for it. I watched as 4 cars in the other bay, got their oil changed and were off. The 'boss' only came back to my car when finally had enough and got out of my car to find out why my 15min oil change was approaching 1 hour!!!!!!! The 'boss' said sorry and was going to give me a coupon for the wait. I can get a coupon online anytime. I was upset. So instead he gave me $35 off my $150 oil change. That was the first time I went to that location. Not ever going back to that Valvoline Instant Oil Change Service. Nothing Instant about my visit. Never had that poor of service ever. 'Boss' ask every person if they have time for you to train someone on their car. We come to Valvoline to get fast quality product and service. You blew it. Worse was that you walked away from the trainee, failing his education, and resulting in the fiasco that unfolded on my oil change. Wish I would've insisted on going into the other bay. The other staff seemed competent, just got the impression they could not speak up or be heard with that 'boss'. Shape up, dude! 12 hours later and my car has dripped oil. ugh
