Worst customer service had me go back twice to my house to get a passport and then a physical credit card that they forgot to mention that i needed the first time i went to go get my passport…. Who doesn’t take tap? It’s 2026 and if you DONT let ppl know everything they need to rent the car the first time and i called prior and they said all they need is to scan a barcode on my license! Go to hertz never had this issue there and they won’t even give me an upgrade for them not telling me everything i needed and wasting 2 hrs of my time

We were traveling from Minnesota to California and Las Vegas for our anniversary, enterprise gave us a jeep grand wagoneer that had alignment issue, and it kept over heating! Absolutely made our trip so much harder then enjoying it, we literally broke down over heating over 10 times until we finally made to Las Vegas and finally road side assistance could get us into another car. Not just putting us in another car they sent us to Los Angeles airport because it’s 24/7 open, so we got to airport and they had nothing available for us at all even with a road side assistance reservation that already said we would get another vehicle that is mostly like the one we have already. I called road side and my branch in Minnesota to confirm maybe I can get into a vehicle in Las Vegas that is about 6 hours away and they finally got us to Las Vegas airport and we get there and no vehicle available at all. So they told us to go to Firestone to get it fixed so we did and found out it was having a lot of problem and they wouldn’t fix it and enterprise would have to come pick it up. So we left Firestone back to Las Vegas to see if they might have any returns or anything available and finally the manner there got us into another wagoneer. I thank the Las Vegas enterprise for helping us! When we got home enterprise didn’t even gave us a discount or anything for the trouble we experienced, and we had to spend 2 days extra in Las Vegas because we were running around everywhere trying to get into another vehicle. My only thing is I still wonder why they would put us in a vehicle that has issue. Our safety was at risk and they did nothing to help us. No reimbursement or nothing either. If I were you just because careful before driving off the lot, make sure everything is fine first, don’t be like me and my family who got stuck in another state due to a vehicle issue that shouldn’t even have happened.

My original encounter with the service employee when I rented the car was outstanding. She was cordial and professional and courteous and accommodating. Then the gentleman who gave me the car was also courteous and professional. The car? It wasn't clean. It was not vacuumed, not wiped down and the exterior actually had bird droppings on a couple of spots. I suppose some of that could've been overlooked, but then when I had a concern what time I was required to return the vehicle, and I called Enterprise to try to address the concern, I was on hold for a while. So I started driving toward the office, because if it was time to return the car, I wanted to avoid being charged for another day. I was on hold for the entire 30 minutes that it took me to drive from where I was all the way to the Enterprise store where I rented the car to ask them what time I needed to return it to avoid another charge. And the entire time I was on hold, I was listening to your preposterous cleanliness pledge. I have never heard a bigger crock from any business about anything. I was literally looking around the interior of the dirty, dusty car listening to this cleanliness pledge over and over for a half an hour. So, because I couldn't reach a human being in a half an hour, when I finally reached the office, I was told that it was three hours from that time. Then I drove 30 minutes back to where I was to finish what I was doing that I interrupted to call Enterprise with my concern. I'm not sure how you sustain a business with such horrendous customer service. Actually, it isn't even a form of service. It's customer neglect. Enterprise is a huge corporation that will cut costs any way it can and pretend to be more profitable. Well, like me, countless others will never, ever consider using Enterprise again, and beyond that, we will tell everyone we possibly can about why they shouldn't use Enterprise. That will cut into your profits in a way that you are too busy and too neglectful to see. That is the result of cutting costs to have a program designed around customer neglect, rather than customer service. Why don't you people work at devising a customer service scheme, rather than asking appalled and dissatisfied and neglected customers what their opinion was of the uproarious conditions under which you operate your business?

Terrible customer service, not helpful and after they have your money you are not able to get help from them. Wouldn’t even call to see if another location had a car, said they were too busy for that. Hate enterprise. Called customer service and they were not helpful either
