I normally don’t write reviews but the last month that I had to rent a car from this location I was super unhappy of their customer service, the cars they provid and how slow they do every task. When I went to pick a car, they didn’t have any availability all of the cars were old and super used. They gave a genesis which licked gas and I just realized it the last day, I returned the car. I mentioned them the scenario and it was nothing for them to help me out. I returned the car and he took them almost a week to return my deposit back. Overall, if you wanna rent a car, try other locations, specially for their availability, Customer Service, and the quality of better cars.
- JJJillAug 28, 20261.0I’m sick and tired of enterprise leaving there cars here on the street when they have a whole parking lot and space for there cars people live here on del valle st and I can never find parking now ever since you guys opened business here and now we are going to have a in n out opening soon you guys are inconsiderate of others if you have to many cars stop getting some many and limit your self to the amount of space you have in the lot not take another street and take away parking spaces for people that live behind you I come home tired from work just to circle around my own block to find parking
