  We were looking for a shop to repair and maintain our 25 year old car. A friend recommended Ryan's. They have MANY 5 star reviews. Over the last few months we have had a number of much needed services performed on our car. The culture of the shop is friendly and honest. They let us know through photos and good explanations what needed to be done and why. No fear tactics or pressure. They stand by their warranty - one time a faulty part came in from a supplier and it was changed out at no charge. We do not want to buy another car, so we will help keep them in business slowly rebuilding this one!

  To start, Ryan was extremely rude. Treats customers with zero respect. Definitely not a people person. Service was absolutely awful. I had to return to fix the ACTUAL problem they somehow missed? Along with an extra charge, instead of negotiating the mistake. Avoid this place, unless you want your day ruined by terrible customer service, and your wallet ruined by absurd prices, and your car maybe getting fixed by some terrible mechanics.

  We can't say enough good things about our experience with Ryan's. My dad has always serviced my vehicles so I was apprehensive bringing my Mazda into a shop that isn't his. From the moment we called to inquire about their services they were friendly, patient and helpful. They went above and beyond with their communication and were incredibly thorough in the inspection. Their prices are super reasonable compared to every other shop we contacted and we never felt pressured to do unnecessary work. We will absolutely be bringing all of our vehicles here moving forward.
