  Walked in and was immediately greeted. Told them what I needed and unlike the last shop, they actually listened instead of just selling me something. It didn’t add up to them either, so they said “give me your keys.”Pulled it in. Looked at it. Five minutes later they had an answer and a price that was God’s honest fair.Three smoothies later… I walked out with a brand new battery.Everyone there was absolutely amazing. This is exactly what a tire shop, an auto repair shop — honestly, what any legitimate business — should look and feel like. Mad respect to Luis and the entire staff. Thank you. 🙏🏻

  I have brought my car here several times over the past year. They have sone a great job maintaining the vehicle and I feel their pricing is fair.

  Well, for the most part everything went rather smoothly. With the exception of two things when I went into have four tires installed and hoping to clear my TPM issues. Firstly the package included the install of my tires and alignment and a TPM kit for which I thought was replacing the sensors that gave the light on my dash needing maintenance. Anyways, Jamison was very helpful and advised me that the tech that was going to do the alignment job had called off for the day and for me to return the next day. I let them install my vehicle tires and left it in their position overnight, so they could complete the alignment the next morning. They called me at work later that day to tell me that the vehicle is ready for pickup, so after work I drove to the facility and picked up my vehicle. Sadly I noticed that my maintenance light was still displaying, so I went inside and asked Jamison, who I believe is the manager, why the light was still on and he explained it to me that it was more than likely the sensor or sensors that need to be replaced. He told me to drive in the vehicle for a few miles and if it doesn't clear up the problem to come back. Which I still need to do, but I'll have to set up another appointment to have it serviced again. Not having been notified that the maintenance light was still on though. That was mainly my frustration point with the whole visit, other than that, everything went pretty smoothly. Everyone was courteous and polite. Hopefully they'll swing me a discount to have the sensors replaced. 😄

  The guys were very helpful and made sure my tire was ordered and there the next morning. Be prepared to wait for a while, but overall service was good and they did good job.

  Excellent Experience at Mountain View Tire & Auto Service! The Staff Was Professional, Honest and Very Welcoming from the Moment I Walked in. They took the time to Explain Everything Clearly, Answered My Questions and Made Me Feel Comfortable throughout the Entire Process. The Service was Completed in a Timely Manner and I Truly Appreciated their Attention to Detail and Customer Care. It’s Hard to Find a Place Nowadays that Combines Great Service, Professionalism and Genuine Kindness All in One.
