  Every time I come here there is some kind of mix up or issue. This is my final time trying to get service here. I called to get brake pads and got scheduled for 5pm and showed up early just to be told that the only person able to do them leaves at 5 and won’t be able to today. Now if they had told me earlier I would have been able to schedule something somewhere else, but of course they just want your money and won’t tell you no even if they can’t. Highly unprofessional and uncooperative every single time, high ball offers, and condescending attitude.

  Worst place ever to take your vehicle for service. We had a problem with a hood latch that failed. We had to pay someone to help us pry open the hood. We then stuck a pool noodle in the hood to keep the hood open and drove it to Mountain View Tire & Auto Service to have the latch fixed and a battery that was under warranty that had failed replaced. We wrote out the instructions and gave them to the technician Sam Rivera and specifically said whatever you do don't slam the hood without fixing the latch. A technician replaced the battery and slammed the hood without fixing the latch. Sam called and said we can't fix your vehicle come pick it up. The invoice that we were given was $134.42. When the bill arrived, the amount charged to our Goodyear credit card was $400.77. Sam fraudulently overcharged us. We have reported this as fraud twice now and nobody at Goodyear cares. We continue to receive threatening letters, and the charges are now up to $619.09. We will not pay this bill, and we don't appreciate how this has affected our credit. We also had to then pay someone to pry the hood back open again and pay Toyota to fix the latch.
