Do not go to this location. When we took our car for an oil change we had no leaks. After getting our oil change we started having an oil leak. We took it back to get it fixed. They charged us $220 and then found out they used the part to seal it and damaged the oil pan. They told us we had to pay for the oil pan for them to fix something they broke. Completely ridiculous! While we were sitting there another client (older male) was also complaining regarding the same situation. Because of these situations they have failed both customer service and services.

Came in for routine oil change and tire rotation about a month ago. The man who greeted me was friendly, though was offering multiple up-charge services, which I considered but ultimately declined after doing some quick research. He was older than the technicians and wearing a different shirt, which makes me believe he may have been the manager. The waiting room was spacious and clean, though after waiting for a little while, the man who greeted me at the beginning said they wanted to show me my brake pads. When he showed them to me, he stated that my brake pads were essentially nonexistent and offered to do the service to replace them for “just $499!” He made it seem like I had absolutely no rear brake pads and that it was imperative that I get this service done as soon as possible for my own safety. Maybe because I am a woman, he assumed I knew nothing about cars and car repairs, but I stated I would get a second opinion for pricing, as $499 is steep for this service. I was quoted $270 by Pep Boys on Winchester Rd and $380 by Excellent Auto Care in Temecula. I ended up choosing one of these options, and when I took the vehicle in, they were confused why I was trying to have my rear brake pads replaced. They checked front and rear and stated that they both had a good amount of life left on them and this service was not needed. Overall, I am incredibly glad I shopped around before being scammed out of $500 for an unnecessary service by Jiffy Lube. I will not return to this location, and recommend any women who do not want to be taken advantage of to go elsewhere and always get a second opinion. I was furious, though relieved I had gone elsewhere when the other shop let me know this service was not needed.

Back a few months ago I tried this place due to my other business quality going way down. So I tried a local business and brought my own oil and filter from the dealer, they did not want me to use my own oil since I would only be paying labor, after a small discussion, they changed my oil. When I got my car back after about an hour and a half my car has no dip stick so you check level digitally , apparently they do not know much about foreign cars. So I checked the Level myself before leaving and it was a quart low, I have seven they filled six. So I got under the hood and found my filler cap on the radiator and my intake cover on my power steering. So today I gave a second chance, got there and right off the bat under you used your own oil last time can check what you have sure you can, so the 18 yr old that cannot think for himself states oh let me go talk to my manger, he comes back and says ok we just have to have you sign a waiver cause our computer says you need 0-40w I provided 20-40w Like last time so they take the car open it up 20 min later sorry we can’t change your oil cause our computer says no if it isn’t exactly what it says then we can’t do it but if you want to use our oil then we can do it and also for a little extra we can rotate your tires, sorry but no give me my keys and I will take to a shop that knows what they are doing, so back to Beaumont I go to give them my business instead of my own community makes me sad I have to go out of my way to get good service, should just go to the dealer and give them the $400 at least I know it will be done right. So if you are thinking of using this business I would try anywhere first and if you had to have a last resort go to the dealer.

If I can give zero stars I would. Waited for an hour and a half for an oil change and TPMS replacement. TPMS sensor was replaced and worked for less than a day then went off again. I went back, they did not have their person available to fix. They mentioned all lights will now need to be replaced. Horrible service they did nothing to help the situation. I don’t even know if anything was actually done. Each time I go in for a simple service the wait times are very long. Definitely do not recommend this location

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Nathan and the team. I brought in my Chevy 2500 Duramax diesel for a full synthetic oil change and fuel filter replacement. The price was very reasonable, and the service was fast, professional, and thorough. Nathan took the time to explain everything and made sure the work was done right. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Honestly, the experience was better than what I’ve received at the dealership, and at a much better value. If you have a diesel truck and want quality service without dealership prices, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and ask for Nathan!
