  Ive been coming here a few year. I am a recovering Jiffy Lube customer. This place offers you the usual extra services but a no thank you for anything not needed and there’s no pressure. It’s also nice to not have to get out of your car. In n out in about 20 minutes!

  Jason, Justin, Ryan and Raquel took care of my Camry’s oil change today. Staff was courteous and professional, they were busy but had me in and out within 15 minutes, maybe 20. Suggested all services as usual with no pressure to complete - I opted to replace the filter thanks to Ryan’s advice and your teams ability to check records to confirm it hadn’t been done recently. 5/5, would recommend, will return!

  I’ve been going here for 6 years and have Excellent service and no issues. In fact, they have gone above and beyond often for me as I usually have a mouse or two in my air filter, lol. Today, Sean and Anthony assisted me and were very professional and courteous. I’m always impressed by the service standards at this location (by taco shop and 7-11 off Clinton Keith). Thank you, Sean, Anthony and everyone at Valvoline! 5 Stars every time!

  Great Service! I had a great experience getting my oil change today at the Wildomar location. Richard and Jacob were extremely helpful and professional. They clearly explained all of my options, thoroughly answered my questions, and provided a clear breakdown of the pricing. I never felt pressured and felt very comfortable with the service. The service was also fast, efficient, and well organized. Good pricing. I really appreciate how helpful and transparent they were throughout the entire process. Thank you, Richard and Jacob, for making the experience so easy and pleasant! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I have been coming here for years with multiple vehicles pretty good service But my last two visits have been different and not just with me but the cars being serviced around me. There are multiple times during the service where the Rep asked for checks and just sits there because the person who validate the checks has gone missing, The service rep then has to go find that person. Last visit while waiting in line and while getting serviced was 40 mins. 5 stars for the service 0 stars for the time so they get 3.
