  These guys know what they are talking about. Helpful. Fast. They don’t force feed you anything just suggest. Ask questions and they will answer knowledgeably and honestly. I don’t feel railroaded and lied to here. Important being a single woman. Just found out my ford truck doesn’t have a cabin filter where I was recommended this service and the place down the street. Highly recommend. Ps.. love chopping it up and picking the workers brains here!

  Raquel checked my driver side front tire pressure then went to driver side rear. At this point i asked her what pressure she’s putting my tires at and she said i was just checking the numbers I wasn’t putting air in or out. After this conversation Mathew went thru all my tires. I drove in with 33 on front driver side and 37 on rear driver side. Raquel made it look like she was fixing pressures but really she doesn’t do her job right! Very dishonest.

  They go quick, dont mess around. Sure they try to sell you other services, politely decline and no hassle. I like they go to work and get it dont right. This place was quick efficient and tried to sell me services but politely and quickly. I always go to Valvoline. took 90 minutes at the other chain in Temecula...

  Very well trained staff, same experience every time. Fast, efficient, great customer service. Had my differentials, oil change, power steering service and fluids/ tire pressure checked. All done in less the 45 minutes on GMC 2500. 4x4. I take all 3 of my cars here. Highly recommend.

  I took my Honda pilot for a regular oil change as I have done before. They use a little hose to vacuum out the oil and then refill the engine with new oil. Well this time the little hose got stuck inside the tank and they tried to get it out. After a while an other worker came and started pulling up the hose and stretched out until it broke out. When I start the car after they said it was ready. Multiple warning lights came on . They tried to reset the lights as they do when the service is done. But it didn't work. They unplugged the battery thinking it would reset the car but it didn't work. The assistant manager came to me and said that they did everything they could do. That maybe if I drive it for one hundred miles the lights will go off. I told him what I witnessed and he said he was going to check the video and that he would speak with the manager. I told him I was talking my car to be checked and that they will be responsible for the payment. I hope they do. Because I will hold them responsible for it.
