  Hands down, the best Valvoline in Southern California! The team is always friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They consistently provide fast, efficient service without sacrificing quality. Every visit has been a great experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and reliable vehicle care. One of the biggest advantages is that they have certified technicians who can service Mercedes-Benz vehicles, which can save you a significant amount of money compared to dealership service prices while still providing excellent care. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else!

  Always a great service at this location. I service multiple vechiles here and it’s always quick & easy. Today Anthony was my associate and he helped explain all the services done & recommended while Raquel and Andy quickly performed the maintenance. Can’t recommend enough for quick easy and friendly service!

  I do my oil changes here every time! It’s convenient, it’s fast, and it’s not awkward-which is very important to me! They make it really easy and the process goes smoothly. When it comes to the part we all don’t like, and I do not want to buy or replace air filters, top off anything extra, etc. they’re not pushy and don’t make you feel weird or bad about it, they just simply move on. Of course, I understand that they’re just doing their jobs, but let’s be real, this is the part no one really likes. They just make it go by so quickly without any added pressure! Their customer service Is exceptional. They do a thorough job and even take the time to explain what they’re doing! There was one time a technician came up and showed me a stick from under my hood, and I what he was showing me. I gave him a thumbs up and nodded my head but the look on my face was obviously confused. He made it a point to tell me that he was showing me my oil is now topped off. I thanked him for explaining and admitted that I had no idea what he was showing me, lol. This location is great! I’ve been to other locations in different cities where they do get a bit sales-y And make it uncomfortable for me. This location is on my way home which makes it convenient and easy to get to and all the more worth it for me. They deserve all the stars!

  The was short and it went pretty quickly. However ,I think I’m used to the Lake Elsinore location where everyone is so friendly and seem like they actually are enjoying their job and like helping you. Here I was greeted my Jazmin who seemed like I was just kind of bothering her or maybe just wasn’t having a good day. Same with another young man that asked me to turn car off and on after the oil change.The very last guy that guided me out with a that had beard was very friendly and Is the reason why I gave it four stars. We have to have our oil change either way, but it’s really nice when people make you feel welcome and not like you’re a bother to them.

  We brought in our 3 vehicles to Valvoline today for oil changes due to special 20% off total service for each vehicle. You just can’t beat that offer anywhere else! 😊 A big shout out to the service team, for the 2011 Tundra - (Synthetic oil change) and 2008 Black Saturn Red Line Sky (Synthetic oil change & Radiator replacement) CSR Christian, Topside Anthony, and Bottomside Andy. 2008 Blue Saturn Red Line Sky: (Synthetic oil change, power steering fluid replacement, rear differential fluid replacement, & Radiator fluid replacement.) I was advised that the vehicle needs to go to a mechanic or the Chevy dealer for transmission flush since Valvoline service techs were unable to complete due to location on the vehicle. CSR Matthew, Topside Raquel, and Bottomside Jacob. Richard the Store Manager came by introduced himself and checked all the work done on the Blue Sky. We enjoy coming to the Wildomar, CA Valvoline location since it is so close to our home, and we put our trust in the service technicians and the excellent work we receive in a quick turnaround time.
