  Poor customer service. The rep was disinterested in answering my questions. “I don’t know. Tell me what you want to do” when I asked whether the new tires should be on the front or the back.

  Not a fan. Don't worry about if you make an appointment from the call center. You just might have to wait 2 hours for an oil change because the manager forgot that employees take lunch?there was absolutely nobody in the front office other than me when I was waiting for that long. Bad, bad management skills. They get 2 stars because at least the employees did a good job. I would not recommend! And that is hard because most of my reviews come with recommendations.. Unfortunately, not this place. The coupon is not worth human hours just wasted because the manager is not equipped.

  Got a tire alignment. Went to pick up the vehicle and was told some parameters were still out of spec but it will be fine. I asked why it wasn’t put into spec and was told my car needs a aftermarket kit. I said my car has the kit already and you guys installed it. I asked if I could talk to the tech but apparently he had already gone home. So paid $134 to have my toe adjusted only. : (

  Worst service. We made an appt for our tires to be rotated only to be told at the appt that they couldn’t honor the appt. Cool. Things happen. Made another appt. Manager at the desk couldn’t even recognize us. Zero customer service. I would recommend Mountainview Tires in Wildomar to ZERO people. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
