    I walked in after scheduling an appointment on the phone. I set up a tire mount, oil change, balance, & alignment over the phone. I checked everything because the size of my truck. I was assured that it could all get done. I arrive. And the person who scheduled me was actually from a call center. The location did not have the capability to align my tires after mounting them. Nor the ability to do an oil change. A routine tire mount and balance for 6 tires took over 2 hours with the shop being mainly empty. And I could see over their privacy screen they had placed over the window peering into their shop. Not going to recommend and not going to return. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because 1. that promise of service isn’t their fault & 2. They were friendly.

    Been going here for years. Pass up a lot of auto shops just to get here. This is the place to go to to get excellent and honest customer service.

    I was charged $167 for labor on installing 4 tires to a set of wheels. They Didn't even have to pull a car in, rack it up, or take the wheels on/off (which easily saved them 15 mins of labor time).....Also I dropped them off at 7:30am with no other customers around and it took 3.5 hours. Zero percent chance I'd come back here, which sucks cause I have several cars a month that need tires......
