- RCRenee Crable1 day ago5.0I came for an oil change as usual and also needed my transmission done. Ivan, Victor and David were all so great and patient with me. Ivan explained everything to me with so much clarity. Victor the manager was amazing and very friendly. David did all the work under my car! I returned today week later exactly and Ivan helped me again! Great customer service, gave me a great deam for returning and again was so patient and friendly. Will always come back to THIS location because of the great team they have here! Shout out to all team members at Whittier valvoline!

- MGMarco GJul 1, 20261.0I showed up for a oil change. I was asked if I wanted a full synthetic oil change (more expensive) and I said yes. He proceeded with the more expensive oil change. The employee then let me know I had a severe leak on my Lexus. He said to take it home and park it because the leak was so bad (harmonic balancer and seal broke). The employee should have given me the option again to get the other oil change which was like 40-45 cheaper. Instead I was charged for the more expensive oil change even though the car (which is now fixed) wows going to leak most of it out. Glad you guys made more money off your patrons. Won’t go back to that location if any and it’s too bad because it’s walking distance from my home.

Never tried to push a service, but when she brought up a much needed coolant appearance issue she recommended service although never pushing it. After my personal observance I went ahead and requested service. Manager Israel also came up to me and reassured everything was good. The whole team in general, good service. Services made were oil change, coolant flush, and filter replacement.
