  Best Car Wash in Whittier! Such friendly and attentive staff, they are all very helpful. The Unlimited packages are such great value. One price for a whole month of car washes at any of their locations is pretty awesome. Love the projection show for the ceramic wash.

  Very disappointing first—and last—experience with Quick Quack. We used Quick Quack for the first time on August 7 after purchasing wash vouchers through a local school fundraiser. We wanted to support the fundraiser and expected a convenient, professional car wash. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple service turned into a frustrating experience. During the wash, a small exterior cover on my vehicle came off and was not recovered. This was not simply a loose piece that had been ignored—it had previously been professionally secured by a body shop specifically to prevent it from coming off. My front license plate was also substantially bent during the wash. I take very good care of my vehicle and pay close attention to its condition. I paid for a professional car wash to have my car cleaned—not to leave with missing or damaged parts. I reported the incident promptly. When I followed up at the location on August 8, I was told someone would contact me shortly, and my understanding was that a local body shop could address the damage. Instead, I did not receive an email follow-up until August 12. There were additional delays after that, and I ultimately had to follow up again myself. Quick Quack eventually denied my claim, stating that its investigation determined the damage was not caused by its equipment or services. The response also referenced a policy regarding vehicles over five years old. What disappointed me most was not simply the denial—it was the lack of transparency and accountability throughout the process. I asked what evidence had been reviewed and whether video footage of my vehicle entering, traveling through, or exiting the wash had been examined. I never received a meaningful explanation of how the decision was reached. The repairs appear to be relatively minor, and I will have my vehicle repaired myself. This was never primarily about the cost. It was about how a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern about what happened to their vehicle while using its service. Even if Quick Quack ultimately disagreed with me about responsibility, timely communication, a transparent investigation, and a clear explanation of the decision would have gone a long way toward preserving my confidence in the company. Unfortunately, the way this matter was handled has ensured that my first experience with Quick Quack will also be my last. I hope Quick Quack improves its incident-response process and places greater emphasis on communication, transparency, accountability, and care for customers’ vehicles. responding to the owner: Your lack of accountability throughout this process has been astounding. The repeated effort to shift responsibility rather than address the specific facts of this incident is extremely disappointing. Your response actually illustrates my concern with how the claim was handled. Saying that the age of my vehicle “may have been” the cause is not the same as explaining what your investigation determined actually happened. The exterior piece had been professionally secured by a body shop before the wash, and the front license plate was also substantially bent during the same visit. Your response still does not explain what evidence was reviewed, whether video footage was examined, or how the age of the vehicle explains both issues. I understand that Quick Quack has a policy regarding vehicles over five years old. However, citing that policy does not answer my questions about how you investigated this particular incident or determined what caused the damage. My concern has always been the lack of transparency and accountability in determining what actually occurred. I will have the relatively minor repairs completed myself and consider the matter closed.

  Great carwash! Friendly staff, super clean, and loved the microfiber towels they offer at the vacuum area to detail your car with. Definitely coming back here!

  I took my car to wash and when I pulled over to the area to vacuum, I noticed some fresh oil on my tire rim. After that I noticed my front and back bumper looked very dull with yellowish stains. They denied my claim state in pre-existing. They also state they take pictures. Why don’t they show me the pictures before the car was washed?

  I would give a zero if I could, this was the worst car wash and most expensive I have ever been to , it didn't even dry my car, for that price I could have gone to another and gotten the wax and my rims done or at least a wash that I didn't have to dry myself. I could have this at home and next time I will instead of coming here. Nope never going back , it was not mostly dry , it was completely wet, I shouldn't have to dry the whole car. And from what I saw everyone else had to dry their cars too, the guy next to me was also complaining
