  I stopped by for the first time to try it out, the gentleman that greeted me was very friendly. I elected to go with a single ceramic wash to try it out, needless to say there was still a substantial amount of debris on my truck after the wash and it took me longer to remove the debris that actually drying the truck. Also the space between the car wash and the vacuum area is very small and got backup right away I almost got hit from another car existing the wash waiting for the vacuum. Was disappointed with the overall experience and cost.

  Staff is great however this location set up is TERRIBLE. We tried our best to give this place a try purchased a membership have been attempting to get a full car wash from this place however all 3 times we have left with just a wash no vacuum.. there is very limited amounts of vacuums available. Today was our last straw we got stuck inside the wash because the rear exit was not being monitored people were staying in place waiting for vacuums as if no one was exiting to avoid an accident my husband had to honk the horn 3 times then someone came. I get it the people in front should use common sense however staff should be monitoring. Needless to say this is the end of my membership because this was definitely not a good experience.. if you are looking to cancel call customer service so your $5 cancelation fee could be waive.

  I went to this location around 9:00 am on Father’s Day. I was very excited to go because I’ve been waiting months for this place to open. When I got there, there was a young lady who went to my window and asked if I would like to sign up for their membership. I told her not today, and I asked her what are the difference between each wash and price? She’s in proceeded to tell me the three names of the wash without any description or price. Can you be a little bit more specific about what each wash offer offers? She grunted and looked very annoyed and showed me a piece of paper with everything on there and said here you can read it yourself. It was so disrespectful. It felt like I was inconveniencing her with so many questions. How can you not know what services you offer and what the washer provided versus others. She didn’t smile she seemed bothered extremely rude. All I did was wash and left without vacuuming my car. And then proceeded to call quick quack car wash customer service. They said that managers did not come in Sundays or Mondays. So they should be calling me in the next 48 to 72 hours. So I waited until Frida y and nobody called me back. So I called back and they said to give it a few days and I did. I waited until the following Friday and called customer service again and they said, sir, they should be calling you soon. I called again this morning. It’s now been 11 of their business days and I still haven’t gotten a phone call back from the manager. Customer service said that there’s nothing they can do. The manager will have to call me back. I asked customer service what if this goes on for a month and a half or two months without a call back, can I go talk to somebody else? They said no. That the manager at the store has to reach out to me first. This is horrible customer service from corporate and from the store itself. How can you not call back a customer two weeks of an incident happening. How can someone in corporate say we can’t do anything until the store reaches out to you. Very terrible service. I would not recommend quick quack car wash if this is the type of customer service that they offer.

  First off, just go to Googie down the street. It's cheaper and better. Second off, WHATS UP WITH THAT SHARP TURN WHEN ENTERING!? I have a small sedan and STILL was cutting it close. Also, the girl for some reason at the start of the wash sprayed the drivers side down, but not the passenger side? Also, it seemed like a VERY short run compared to Googie, and the passenger side didn't seem to get washed as much as the drivers side. Lastly, the vacuum nozzle was BROKEN!? Didn't they JUST open (pictured). I'll never go back and I have no idea why they have such a sign review.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My family bought a 4 car subscription, but since my mom had a new car she had to switch the paper license plates for the DMV plates. She specifically told the Quick Quack worker (usually a distracted 18yrd old) that they need to take off the paper license plates out the system to add the DMV plates. The Quick Quack worker was too lazy to ask for help or simply didn't care, and ignored her request. When I arrive to wash my car, I wasted 15 mins and gas just to be told that due to their mistake I can't wash my car until everyone in my family sends me their license plates #s to prove that Im in the subscription. Total mess. Why would someone ignore the request to switch a license plate? Instead the lazy worker added another license plate instead of switching, taking my license plate out the system. What a waste of customer service workers. Replace MOST of them with AI. AI won't be a distracted underpaid Highschooler.
