Installer kept vehicle an extra day and charged me 2 hrs of labor extra because the wiring diagram was supposedly harder than usual (2021 jeep grand cherokee). If I didn't agree to the charge I would not have been able to get the device installed on time. Shady overcharging scheme. If I had the time I wouldn't have agree to the work. I will never go back to this location or recommend it.

I spent over a year with the device and called over 20 times trying to get it fixed and a 920 firm mailed . They always told me the same thing, that it was fixed and on the way. You will get a customer service agent from India that you can hardly understand. I’m terminating service with them and looking for someone else. Don’t waste your time with them.
